This kettle heats water fast and has been very reliable. The size is perfect for everyday use, and it shuts off automatically once the water boils. Simple, convenient, and works exactly as advertised. It maybe heavy for tiny women.

My prior kettle died unexpectedly. So I order this Chefman model at a good price, which is slightly bigger than my previous one, which I appreciate. It does just what it is supposed to do--heat water fast. It does come with an insert for brewing tea. I don't drink tea often and have not tested it out yet, but it seems like it would work well. The lighted kettle looks attractive on the counter. I especially like the blue light.

My under counter instant hot water tank was killed by a power surge. I didn’t realize how much we used it. I couldn’t afford to replace it right away so I bought this for interim replacement. Fast hot water, easy to use, attractive on the countertop. Has automatic shutoff.

We love this kettle. It heats up way, way faster than our natural gas stove. For the minimum 2 cups of water it gets very, very hot in 90 seconds (bubbling) ... just right for my instant coffee. Very convenient for tea. 1 tea bag in the infuser with 2 cups of water, and bingo! Much easier than using the teapot. And the blue LED lights are way cool. Well made and takes up little space. Glass is solid and way better than plastic.

One thing I am very please with is no more boil overs in the microwave. When cooking oatmeal in the microwave it would boil over and make a mess from time to time. With my electric kettle that is not a problem anymore. The kettle allows me boil water in a minutes are two to make my oatmeal. It really boils liquids really fast if your only using a few cups of water. Not only can I make my oatmeal without making a mess. I can rewarm my coffee when it gets cold without messing with the microwave. Ok, the microwave is not all that complicated, but it is so much simplier to just pour the liquid into the pot and turn it on. Wait a hot second and there you go, hot coffee. The other thing is that I can use it for coco and other items that require hot water. Yes, do I have an old fashioned tea kettle for the stove top. Yet, I find my electric kettle more of a convenience. Oh, do not mention the romman noodles, etc. I was thinking about how they say to bring eggs to a boil then turn off the heat and leave them for X minutes. Well this is a ggod way to make your eggs for the week if you are the type of person that likes to pre cook for the week. One of the things that shows on the kettle is it has a blue light that comes on to let you know it is working before it starts to boil. I has a safety feature so that it will not dry boil causing a problem. Over all I find the device very helpful and I am so glad that having used this during a vacation stay that I was able to find it here on Amazon.com and with Amazon Prime as well as being on sale it was a good buy. Overall, purchased the stainless steel version to match the stainless steel look in my kitchen.

This is a wonderful kettle, I’ve used it for more than a year multiple times a day, bought a different one for my mother but returned it to get her this one.

Love this little electric kettle. Could not believe how fast the water boils. Probably 3 minutes tops. Love the clear glass with the blue light around the bottom. Really cool. I use it at lunch time after lunch. Never used to want to wait for traditional teakettle. This suits me fine. My husband doesn't think the water gets hot enough, but it's hot enough for me. And SO fast. Love it!

I purchased this teakettle with the tea infuser on February 18, 2026, and at first, I absolutely loved it. The built-in infuser was convenient, easy to use, and made brewing loose-leaf tea really simple. It heated well and looked great in my kitchen. However, after just a little over two months of use, the kettle has started leaking, which is very disappointing. I expected something like this to last much longer, especially with normal, everyday use. The leak makes it unsafe and inconvenient to use, which defeats the purpose of having a reliable kettle. Overall, it started off as a great product, but the durability has been a major issue for me. I would not recommend it unless the quality is improved.
