This chocolate is the best! Keep in mind it's European-style drinking chocolate, not like Swiss Miss. It's thicker and has a rich dark chocolate flavor so it's not something you'll want to give your kids when they come in from the snow (my kids get the cheap stuff because they're children and "Don't touch Mom's hot chocolate!!!" is a known rule in our house). It needs to be made with milk, and for extra luxury you can do whole milk or even *gasp* a dash of cream. Yes, cream. You know you want it. At least half and half. You're already literally drinking chocolate, might as well go for it. I've tried some ad-ins and it holds up all of them. My favorite is a couple grains of salt and a pump of white chocolate Torani syrup (available on amazon, comes with a pump, "Don't touch Mom's white chocolate syrup!!!") If you're making more than one cup, a teeny tiny dab of vanilla absolutely hits (I dip a toothpick in my vanilla and swirl about a small drop). It mixes perfectly in a Livatro milk frother/hot chocolate maker, also available on Amazon. And if you're reading this and thinking "whoa, this girl hot chocolates," you're absolutely right. I despise coffee, yet I don't begrudge my husband his expensive machine, so get a Livatro. Treat yo self. You know you deserve it. Anyway buy this chocolate too, it's delicious, even if you're not bougie and you're heating your milk in the microwave. You won't regret it.

This is my favorite hot chocolate that I discovered while I was vegan for a year. It's rich, smooth, velvety, and has the perfect amount of sweetness. Love the simple ingredients and rich fruity chocolate taste.

My favorite hot cocoa on Amazon! Makes me want to visit France, lol. (I make it with water instead of milk). Best hot cocoa that I've had outside of "drinking chocolate/melted hot chocolate" at chocolatiers. Love that it's non GMO; I usually mix it with chili powder and cinnamon with some whipped cream on top, although it tastes great on its own.

My only issue was how hard it was to open the tube without a chocolate explosion. Yummy regardless.

for the last year, I’ve been ordering the Belgium drinking chocolate somehow the last two orders has not been the same and it’s so expensive. It was so sugary and like had rocks in it before they used to have more like chocolate chips in it so I was on the quest to find, a new chocolate and lo and behold. I found it and it’s much more reasonably price I make a decaf mocha every morning with decaf Starbucks and with milk and chocolate it’s delicious much better than Starbucks but now with the right chocolate, I’m back to enjoying my morning mocha. Thank you. Please do not change the formula ..

This is delicious and smooth. While it's a bit pricey, it is way better than your average hot chocolate from the store.

This is a nice mixture, but would have preferred it to have a more rich chocolate flavor and be a little sweeter. I end up by almost doubling the portion I mix w milk to make cocoa, also adding a dollop of sweetened condensed milk to give it that creamy taste that I was hoping for. And as one reviewer stated, there is a kind of bitter or burnt taste to it-not strong, but there nonetheless. I frequently add a heaping teaspoon to my morning coffee, and that does make a pleasant cup of mocha.So I guess I'm still on the hunt for a great cocoa mix.
