A must have if you are active!
I've been using this almost every day since getting back into the gym. My wife really likes the relief after hard workouts. Its also HSA approved so there are no downsides. Each attachment serves its own purpose but I primarily use the the soft and regular rollers. Great size to be used on yourself without much hinderance. High recommend if you are very active and want to decrease recovery time.

Perfect diameter.
This is pretty great I just wish it was twice as wide between the handles. This is the best option I've found for a roller though, usually they have a tiny diameter and I don't like those, they hurt. The thick diameter of this weel, coupled with the foam padding, make it perfect for someone who usually finds these kinds of things painful.

Feels great!
Only one of the three attachments “lock” into our roller, which causes the attachments to pop off occasionally. But overall it’s an amazing addition to our chirp wheels!

Great gift for the family
My family is full of athletes. We have 4 different rollers. Foam rollers, "the cheese grater", the metal rolley one and they are always all over the place. This one really does it all and now the other 4 can finally go to our garage for garage workouts. I highly recommend this one and done roller.

Broken lock, handles not glued on properly, and already use
Product came defective, locking mechanism is broken and the wheels were already scratched on the inside and looks like it was used. The glue they used for the handles has already lost its adhesive and they slip off causing the bar to slide out. Very disappointed by the quality of this product and will be looking at other options in the future. Save yourself the hassle and just get a normal roller. Cheap plastic locks and bad craftsmanship is what you’ll get with this.

Love it!
Exactly as described! My bf is always in pain so I bought this so that I can roll out his back! Works great! Basically feels like a foam roller but with handles that someone can use on you!

Great for back pain
