The people who say this product is bad clearly don't know how to follow instructions. Add the tapioca pearls to already boiling water, let it boil for 30 minutes, let soak in cold water for 30 minutes, rinse it and add in 2 tablespoons of brown sugar per 100 grams of tapioca pearls, or 1 tablespoon of honey per 100 grams of tapioca pearls as the instructions say. I would personally say these pearls are better than some I've had from genuine boba shops, they're soft and not too chewy, not starchy or undercooked on the inside. Only thing I'll say is to handle them with care as the pearls are very fragile before they're cooked. They're easy to use, you get a lot for your money too, and you can store your excess tapioca pearls in the fridge, when you're ready to use them again just warm it up in the microwave for about 30 seconds and they'll be good as new

Before purchasing, I noticed some negative reviews, which honestly made me a bit worried. Seeing that it’s a Taiwanese company, I decided to place an order and try one pack first. It’s really not cheap 🥲 Follow my steps and I guarantee you won’t go wrong: 1. When the parcel arrives, do not drop it or squeeze it. The tapioca pearls are very fragile and can easily break. 2. Before opening the pearls, check carefully that the vacuum seal is intact and that there is no mould. If you have any concerns at all, contact customer service. 3. Because the pearls are vacuum-packed, they may stick together. Do not press them with your hands. Hold the top of the bag and gently shake it left and right until the pearls separate one by one. 4. Boil water. I didn’t follow the ratio on the packaging; I used a 1:10 ratio (pearls to water). The more water, the better, to prevent the pearls from sticking to the bottom of the pot. 5. Once the water is fully boiling, add the pearls and give them a stir to stop them from sticking together. 6. I also didn’t follow the cooking time on the packaging. I boiled them for 20 minutes, then let them sit covered for 15 minutes. (If you boiling for 30 mins, no need to let them sit covered) 7. When the time is up, rinse the pearls with cold water. Once they have cooled down, that’s enough. 8. After rinsing, drain the water completely, then add brown sugar and mix well. Let them sit for 5 minutes so the pearls absorb the sugar. 9. Prepare a cup of milk tea and add the pearls. 10. Ta-da! Authentic Taiwanese bubble milk tea is ready.

Absolutely awful tapioca. Do not buy takes to long to cook and goes into moosh. I bought another one which is absolute beautiful cooks in 5 minutes and the consistency and texture is absolutely tasty. Usually I don’t do review but I was so disappointed that not happy with the tapioca at all. I had to put it in the bin. Looks like dog food, even my kids complain. Buy Wu Fu Yuan black tapioca pearls are quick and very nice. Very close to the real ones. They come in a dark red packages a little more money but worth every penny.

the taste was alright, but the consistency left my a bit disappointed. they did not soften up as well as others i have purchased have and tend to stick together which makes them difficult to pass through a straw. I admit i'm new to making boba tea at home, but I was let down by how long I cooked them and still weren't as nice as others.

This is really good product. Idk if it's the best since I didn't try other products but I'd say this is just like what you'd get at a Boba store so I'd say that it's perfect. Just to save anyone any trouble when they make their own, when you boil your water then pour in your pearls, make sure to start mixing it instantly to avoid the pearls from sticking to one another as easily. Besides that, it's easy to prepare and if you're like me who likes chewing on Boba pearls, then you'll enjoy this product. It's easy to cook too. Just boil water, add pearls to boiling water and mix for a bit every number of minutes until it's a bit translucent. Also this big bag is a good value for money since you're getting way more compared to other products. You're literally getting more for a cheaper price compared to others. At least at the time of me writing this review.

Ich liebe Bubble Tea und hole mir normalerweise ziemlich oft einen unterwegs. Auf Dauer wird das natürlich ganz schön teuer, deshalb wollte ich endlich ausprobieren, Bubble Tea selbst zu Hause zu machen – und diese Tapioka-Perlen waren dafür wirklich perfekt! Geschmack und Konsistenz sind super und mit dem richtigen Tee, Milch und Sirup schmeckt der Bubble Tea wirklich fast genauso wie aus einem Bubble-Tea-Laden. Ich war total positiv überrascht. Beim ersten Mal fand ich die Zubereitung noch etwas ungewohnt, weil ich vorher noch nie Tapioka-Perlen selbst gekocht hatte und erst herausfinden musste, wie viel ich brauche und wie lange sie für meinen Geschmack am besten kochen sollten. Aber schon nach ein paar Versuchen hat man den Dreh raus und kann die Menge viel besser einschätzen. Mittlerweile klappt die Zubereitung richtig gut und ich finde es toll, dass ich mir meinen Bubble Tea jederzeit selbst machen kann – und dabei auf Dauer auch noch deutlich günstiger wegkomme als im Laden. Für alle, die Bubble Tea und besonders Tapioka-Perlen lieben, kann ich sie wirklich empfehlen. Ich würde sie definitiv wieder kaufen!

The bobba are verry tasty and verry easy and fast to make ! I don't go to buy in bubble shops enymore hahaah I make my own bobba milk tea and with a extra of bobas 🥳 Hope thay are available soon I can't wait to buy them my box is empty sins 2weaks 😑 so pls pls add some more thank you 🙏

J’ai acheté ces perles de tapioca Inspire Food pour préparer du bubble tea à la maison et dans l’ensemble le produit est satisfaisant. La cuisson demande de bien suivre les instructions pour obtenir une texture correcte. Une fois bien cuites, les perles deviennent moelleuses et légèrement élastiques comme attendu. Il faut être attentif au temps de cuisson et au rinçage pour éviter qu’elles ne collent trop. Le résultat est plutôt réussi dans une boisson type lait ou thé sucré, et elles s’intègrent bien dans des recettes maison. La texture est correcte sans être exceptionnelle, mais suffisante pour un usage occasionnel. Par rapport à d’autres marques que j’ai pu tester, celles-ci font le travail sans difficulté particulière, même si le résultat dépend beaucoup de la préparation. Globalement, c’est un produit simple et efficace pour faire du bubble tea maison, à condition de bien respecter la cuisson.
