Lots of parts, thin flexible metal, but it all works!
Okay I'm gonna try to be sorta thorough here...It came basically FULLY unassembled and there's plenty of parts. The screw and nut box is very well labeled and is extremely easy to work with. All the large panels are made with very thin pressed metal that flexes VERY easily. Some of the visual instructions took a bit of intuition to figure out, and the large parts aren't labeled by numbers in the same way they are in the instructions. I literally only needed a screwdriver and some simple intuition to build this whole thing. Total build time for me was 2.1 hours, with my four year old daughter helping of course. I have a dent on the hood that I can easily fix, but otherwise absolutely EVERYTHING fits great and works as intended! For the price, this grill is fantastic!

Hard to assemble
I like the size of this grill, the thermometer in the top and it is fairly easy to use and control the amount of heat, by adjusting the placement of the charcoal pan.On the down side, this was beast to put together. It was nearly impossible for one person hold the body up to attach the legs to the grill, if you follow the directions for assembly. After putting it all together and accounting for all of the needed parts in the diagram, there was one left over piece a small plate with 6 holes and 2 nubs. There were no open screw holes on the grill, no left over bolts or nuts for the 3 holes on each side of the plate. The nubs didn't align with any other hole configuration on the body or legs. It was not on the list of parts, either. The smaller second shelf tends to collapse when placing anything on it. So it is useless for using it as a holding area to keep cooked items warm. The grilling racks on the bottom, are a bit too far apart, which resulted in the loss of 2 patties, which could be a disaster for a dinner cookout with guests.I hope that once I've adjusted to the way the grill cooks, I will have better luck in using it.

He Loves it
I shopped for a grill and wanted to get one for my Husband for Christmas, but with his Birthday in January I decided to wait! The price was cheaper through Amazon, and it was delivered to our doorstep, just in time! Assembly was challenging, but the end result is amazing!

READ THIS BEFORE BUYING!!!
The grill is made of stamped out steel sheet material (as almost all of them are). Mine had a ridiculous amount of dents and bends in the panels when I removed them from the box. I kind of can't believe it made it through quality control as damaged as it was. The bent and misshapen pieces made assembly fairly difficult because I literally had to clamp the pieces together just to get a bolt in the holes. That being said, it's not a bad grill, its just not worth the $150 price tag I paid for mine. There are higher quality items for 2/3 - 1/2 the price that would be a better decision.I like the adjustability of the charcoal bed, but the tray the coals rest on is pretty flimsy. It's not strong enough to hold my charcoal chimney with coals while lighting the grill. The cover is a nice add, but it doesn't really fit the grill. I don't see this lasting through more than one season.Overall, I'd say a different grill would be a better choice.UPDATE 7/11/19: I've been in touch with customer no-service. I'm not wasting more time disassembling the grill to send it back for a refund all because their QC is sub-par and the grill was beat up when I got it. I just want to warn other buyers that there's a cheaper listing of this same grill, but it doesn't come with the $10 (my estimated value) grill cover. There are many, many better options out there for a better price. Steer clear of this brand name and go with one of the proven manufacturers.

Cooks great
I like that it was pretty easy to assemble and very sturdy from what I could tell as far as use very easy to clean the bottom ash tray makes cleaning a breeze . Only issue I had was on the delivery side of it package was all beat up holes in the box and one of the pieces was bent and scratched which was the bottom shelf on the pit but other than that no complaints.

Ok for price
The wife put this on her birthday list. I didn't expect allot for the price. The overall construction is not stellar. The charcoal tray seems shallow. I can see charcoal falling into the ash pan during use. The charcoal tray also sits a little crooked even without charcoal in it. The lid is a little askew sitting on my basement floor so I'm guessing that's not going to get better outside. The "firebox" is screwed together. They could've gotten allot more stability and it would've been more square with a one piece construction there. The grates are almost to small to stay on the seating ledge. Hopefully they don't fall in during cooking. The charcoal tending door doesn't close smoothly. One corner catches so you have to push on that corner to close it which could be a problem when hot. All that being said I think if we get it somewhere and leave it there it'll last long enough to be worth the price. It's a good size for the price. I might have given this two stars after finding the bottom shelf was bent but called the customer service number in the box. They answered on the second ring. Sent a warranty questionnaire email immediately while I was in the phone and responded to me returning it with grill info and part number needed within minutes. That earns a star in my opinion. I may come back and take this review in one direction or another if it's warranted after actually using it.
