The Review questions are a little silly. There is no flavor. It is a capsule. The flavor is neutral unless you let it dissolve in your mouth and I wouldn't do that. "Ingredient quality"---who knows! (I am not a chemist). However, it appears to work for faster recovery from high intensity weightlifting workouts as well as Muscle Builder (which got too expensive). It is a sample size of the one so the standard of deviation would have to be high but in my own 12-week study with and without, I found that taking this supplement helped me lift heavier weights sooner than when I was not taking it. With the supplement, I was able to lift a heavy weight for 6 reps to failure, and then on the next workout for the same exercise (days later), I was able to increase the weight lifted for another 6 reps to failure. When I was not taking the supplement and even with plenty of rest days, periodically I would hit sticking points and be unable to increase the weight to be lifted. This happened several times over the 12-week period. Many times, I had to repeat the same weight to be lifted for several weeks before I could add weight. When taking the supplement with the same number of rest days, I was able to increase the weight to be lifted on every exercise day. (Since all the other variables were the same, I attribute the weightlifting success I had to the supplement). Currently, the price for a 30 day supply is reasonable. (I hope that as more people buy this, the price does not rocket up like the last brand I was taking. Hopefully, more sales do not translate into a higher price per bottle). Otherwise, I rate this product A++ or 5 Stars.

One of the greatest natural stacks of all time: caffeine creatine beta alanine this product the JF L-Arginine silicate (NO booster) and some form of electrolytes. Through hours of research I've confirmed that each one of them works synergistically together and they all have different mechanisms of action on your ATP. I've been working out for a month and it looks like I've been working out for 3+ months. I am 29 yo naturally lean and muscular but WOW. Almost have a 6 pack and my chest is huge in one month of dedication! In a few months I will look like those Greek statues chiseled from marble. I cannot overstate this stack enough. It does not upset my stomach per se but if I workout fasted Ill end up working out so hard that I'll vomit so have something to eat before.

All good but its not really that noticeable.... I couldn't figure out where the extra gym energy went. I m caffeine free but switched things up didnt notice until I started these again. This is the extra 5% at the gym

First let me say that there should be the option to leave a minus mark instead of having to leave at least one star, this is one of those products... I've been training for over 25 years now, and trying different products to possibly give you an edge in the gym without using dangerous drugs is a plus. This product definitely isn't one. If you are body building you normally have a strict diet, and to use this product you have to try to figure out how to reschedule your eating habits but this product doesn't explain this to you before buying it, I tried it for a full month and never seen any difference in my workouts.. so I said screw it, tossed the bottle and now back to my regular routine and back to eating 5-6 times a day. I would say by my experience stay away from this product. Red Flag !!

Placebo or not, I feel better when I take ATP after I workout, or on days I feel exhausted. I think it seems to work, I’ll keep buying!

I'm already on creatine, what more could I expect from this stuff? Well I did expect something. It doesn't seem to give me extra energy or better pumps or anything measurable or noticeable. Might be doing something, but another 20 bux a month for something that I can't notice the difference with? Nah, I'll save my money. No side effects, just nothing of any significance to report.
