This had to come in through a tight gap and weighs 100kg. The delivery team were superb. Friendly and helpful. Unwrapped it outside. Took the handles off. They went the extra mile to carefully get it into the house with no damage. I could not be any happier with them. The fact the fridge has wheels on is very helpful. Very smart fridge with a big enough capacity to feed my hollow-legged family.

Excellent fridge and freezer great valve for money lots of space on shelves not very noisy looks great has door alarm so if kids are messing you are alerted. Can fit alot on the shelves and doors have loads of shelves as well.

The delivery people could have put the appliance in the place I wanted, instead of just plonking it in the middle of our kitchen.

We bought this as we have a big family and needed more room, it’s the worst decision we have ever made, the freezer works great but the fridge freezes all our food even on the highest setting. We have contacted Amazon and the customer service has been horrendous, it’s been over a week and still not heard from an engineer to repair the American fridge freezer so we are left without a fridge or a refund to buy another! We have tried everything and nothing seems to fix the problem. I definitely wouldn’t buy a high value bulky item from Amazon again.

I'm a big fan of Hisense products (so far); they've run well, look good, and aren't breaking the bank. This is my first foray into the world of side-by-side fridge freezers and I'm impressed. The unit is large, so make sure you have enough room to manoeuvre it into place - the delivery drivers were a great help. I would absolutely recommend paying the extra for installation etc. The fridge is larger than the freezer, and you can fit probably a couple of adults in it with the shelves removed - you know, if you needed to. The freezer, however, is by no means on the small side. If you have three adults lying around, you can definitely fit the third one in the freezer (shelves removed). Again, this is optional, you can put food in both sides, should you wish.
