Do not waste your time on this. It is horrible. It gives you false alarms. You can barely hear it. Yeah I don’t waste your money on it. If you’re gonna get one of these spend good money and get a good one.

Perfect it helpsme to detect right on time the smokies traveling on the I-95 South to Tampa. It works good. Recomiend it to customers

To reiterate what others have commented doesn't really do much of anything at all, other than turn on. Did not respond to verified police radar signal. Disappointing. I do not understand how some have excellent result, and others, like my experience, Nothing. Operating instructions are minimal, so, if the disappointed customers are doing something incorrect, we don't know what to do to correct the problem.

I think this is a decent scanner for the price. I will say it does work and has saved me from multiple tickets, however, there are some things I wish were better:- 1: the audio. The scanner audio is not very loud compared to more expensive scanners. If you have the radio up, like even half way on your stereo, you are going to drown out the alert sound. Also, the radars it detects, when it says “k band” or “ka band” you can’t really make out too well which one it is saying.- range: it’s okay. It only will get scans from vehicles that are directly in front of you. A police pulled next to me on the right, and it didn’t go off until the police had past me and went into my lane. If you are not directly in the back of the vehicle or it’s headed straight to you, it won’t pick it up. Range also leaves much to be desired. It says 2 miles, but it’s more like 1.- false alarms when you pass semis. It says “k band” every time I pass one, which I heard is common for any scanner.That’s it of the cons. Size is nice and compact and comes with a stick nonglide pad. Over all, it’s decent to have. Especially for the price.
