I know they’re aimed mainly at kids but I’m a adult (26) and I take them and i definitely feel a difference I have horrible anxiety and adhd and it can make me overwhelmed to go outside , rest well or feel just so overstimulated by things I take 2 early in the morning and it has helped me through the day I do notice a difference in relaxation too they’re melatonin free which I like they’re not a sleep aid so keep that in mind if you’re someone who needs that either for you or your kids. The texture is good too it’s not to hard or to soft which I appreciate a lot , price is good also. They’re not as sweet either which is great for me since I don’t like overly sweet things. Mine were not expired like others have said and not melted or messed up in any way I am satisfied with them and they’re definitely a good alternative if you don’t want to use hardcore medication for yourself or your kids

Im sure this will work for some people. But for my kids it didn't do anything for them. They did say they taste good. No difference in sleep or energy levels. Great quality as with and zarbees product and a good value if it works for your kids.

My son was diagnosed with ADHD and instead of doing prescription meds we decided to try these. They have been a wonderful substitute for him!

My child is on the spectrum and struggles at times with regulation and behaviors. I truly like Zarbee' products and hoped these worked for him as he's been having a difficult time recently. Unfortunately, they haven't made much of an impact yet. He seems to enjoy the taste and texture and takes them willingly each day. Zarbee's has quality products with natural, safe ingredients so I trust them. I'm hoping with more use, he will start to adjust and see positive effects. We will continue with the bottle but I am unsure if I will repurchase. I believe they would be helpful for others even if they aren't working for him at the moment.

Our kids have a hard time getting quality sleep. We have tried so many things. When we started this I was skeptical, but our kids drift off to sleep more easily and look and act more well rested throughout their day. Their energy throughout the day has gone from erratic and busy to calm, energetic but focused. So grateful to have found something natural and tasty. My kids love the bee shapes and sugar crystals that coat them. Makes it more plalatable.

My 7yo son with autism and ADHD has poor sleeping habits and extreme fidgetiness. I have tried OLLY, MaryRuth and Zarbee, and Zarbee is the best out of all in my opinion. I started off with OLLY for 6 months, then MaryRuth for 4 months, and moved onto Zarbee last month. OLLY was good too - he was sleeping through the night and he became less fidgety. Then his conditions quickly deteriorated with MaryRuth. He had a hard time falling asleep, started waking up around 4-5am, and his fidgetiness was off the charts. His fidgetiness was so bad while taking MaryRuth to the point where he was falling off the chair in the classroom, jumping around in the living room and on the couch while watching TV or playing video games. But then, after having started Zarbee, his conditions quickly got better. Within a week, he started sleeping through the night again, and he no longer wakes up super early in the morning, his jumping is way more manageable, and he seems calmer at his desk while he studies. To me, OLLY is as good as Zarbee but I choose Zarbee for its price point. I highly recommend this supplement to any child with autism/ADHD. It might work differently but worth trying.
