Sturdy brushes, stiff bristles
The metal tube is solid, and provides good grip for accurate handling of the brush. The bristles are short and stiff. The wire ending is real stiff, scratchy, I would not use it on anything but metal parts to remove tough gunk and seal material. The other side, the boar hair brush, is also stiff but definitely softer than the metal bristles, works great at removing residue from PCBs. I could see no shedding of bristles, these seem well made. The brushes’ thickness may prevent them to reach in tight places, so these are not a complete replacement for swabs and thinner brushes.

Well made brushes, easy to use
I love how the stiff brushes clean the keyboard and the anti-static ESD for when/if I need that; not that I do that type of work much anymore, but it's nice to have it for the rare occasion I might.

Good value for money - Makes cleaning vintage radio chassis a lot easier
