Rectified a problem
I have to say I am really impressed with this company. I received a crystal that I was not pleased with. The look was no where near the image. When they got in touch asking my opinion, I explained I was not happy. Not only did they assist me with an apology, but they also gave me the option of getting another carnelian (choice of 3). I have received my crystal and now happy with the outcome

Not as nice as pictured
I purchased the Carnelian crystal. It is a good size but looks nothing like what is pictured. I know they are all going to be unique, but there is very little red in mine; it is brown and grey mainly. I would not have known it was Carnelian if it was not labelled.

rubbish - no colour at all
rubbish - no colour at all - all the outer surfaces are just unpolished dirty grey - can't see any rich colouring

First time buyer
First time buying a stone I didn't know what to expect.. To be 100% honest.. Looks like something I couldn't found on the street .. But since I bought it and now it's mines I love it.. Plan to buy it some friends in the future.

Statt eines orangeroten Karneols wie auf dem Werbefoto erhielt ich einen schwärzlich dunkelbraunen Stein, der erst in starkem LED-Licht seine Farbe zeigt.

Not sure I got what I bought..
I ordered a carnelian stone but I don’t think that is what I got as there are purple hues in it. Everything I’ve seen online says there shouldn’t be purple.

The rock I received was nothing like one pictured. The one in picture was a beautiful red color and I received an ugly gray rock Very disappointed!!!!!!
