After arse-ing around for a couple of weeks, Bose apologised and said they’d send them but did not, actually, send them.So we agreed to part ways and I ordered these exact same thing off Amazon. They arrived the next day.FFS. They’re genuine, they work, I’m an Amazon slave, what can I say?!

One of my eartips cracked on my Bose Quiet Comfort Ultra Earbuds. They are available direct from Bose but incur a further £3.95 postage. Pleased to see that they are available via Amazon Prime, with the benefit of free next day delivery instead of 7 working days! My Bose QC Ultra are now back to their former glory, offering great noise cancellation, sound quality and comfort.If only I could select my preferred size of eartips and buy 3 pairs of large eartips instead of one each of small, medium and large, this would be a far better product.
