A good little tool for in between pedicures doesn't work like a heavy duty type foot tool but it works perfect for in between pedicures which I definitely needed so I'm pleased...It will stop if you press too hard so definitely have to use a light hand but as I said for the in between pedicure tool for something light it does work good for that

This product doesn't work

This product does not easily remove hair. I can go over an area several times and the hair remains in tact. Stick with tweezers or wax

I love mine. I had one for a few years and thought it just went bad. Didn't realize I could switch out a battery because I tried unscrewing it but it pulls apart instead. Threw it in the garbage. Ordered this new one and now I know it pulls apart to change out the battery. My first one I bought at Goodwill brand new for $7. It lasted 2 years but I loved it and now I have another one exactly like it. Very easy to use.
