Fantastic microphone
Overall, this is a great microphone. It comes in a fairly sizeable box that includes the microphone itself along with the shock mount, pop filter, and a lovely braided XLR cable along with paperwork from Rode. The microphone has a nice black finish that works well with the shock mount and pop filter, but having seen some of the other colours, I don’t think you can go wrong with any of the different options. It has a nice silver cover for the capsule, slides into the shock mount vertically, and the XLR cable attaches at the bottom. It's relatively simple to set up and use. The shock mount and bottom XLR attachment can make this a little tricky if you have a smaller desk mic stand, but it should be fine for the average stand. And the pivot arm on the shock mount ensures you can angle the mic to get the right positioning for your needs. And the whole thing feels nice and sturdy, while not adding too much weight to the combination. The pop filter is a great addition and is a must-use if you are doing anything spoken word. The microphone does have a tendency for plosives, but the pop filter does a great job of preventing them, especially when combined with good mic technique of speaking across the microphone rather than directly into the capsule. In terms of performance, this are outstanding. Plosives aside, it has a very low self-noise. As a result, you get a really nice clean and crisp sound. It is a condenser microphone so will require phantom power, which most XLR interfaces can provide. And because of that, you do not need a huge amount of gain to get a great sound. One thing to note is that being the Signature Series, this is much closer to previous generations of NT1, and does not include the USB-C port that the NT1 5th generation does. That isn’t an issue for me, but if you do not own an XLR interface, you will need to pick one up. I’ve used this with the Focusrite Vocaster Two, Lewitt Connect 2, and Rodecaster Duo, and it’s worked perfectly with all three. If you have a totally untreated room, with wooden floors and flat walls, it can pick up a bit of room sound. Dynamic microphones can often be a better choice if that’s your recording environment. However, I’ve used this in a mostly untreated room, albeit with carpets and furniture that breaks up the straight lines and flat walls. And it’s been fine. You can also use the blanket technique of throwing a blanket over you and the mic to help reduce any echoes being picked up, but I haven’t found that necessary. Overall, I’ve been very impressed with this microphone. You get a lot for your money with the inclusion of the shock mount and pop filter adding a lot of value. And given the excellent performance of the microphone, it may be one of the best value microphone buys you can get.

Quality and value
I'd been searching for a microphone specifically for recording. I use a Focusrite Scarlett 212 interface into my Mac and my usual / trusty live performance microphones ( Shure SM58 / Super 55) weren't giving me the sound that I wanted. I read the reviews on this mic and they read well but I wasn't sure that at this price the mic would give me the quality I wanted. I was wrong. This was just what I was looking for and needed. It come with the frame that suspends the microphone to avoid noise and a good pop filter. The clarity and the intensity of the audio quality blew me away and as a result my recordings have stepped up many levels. I've just enjoyed recording with this so much. It's given me greater confidence to explore my style and range. One of my favourite purchases.

A wonderful mic
The mic is absolutely great and very easy to set up in my opinion. I am a beginner and I love it very much. I use it with my roland audio interface, which in order to use the mic the interface needs a phantom power. It comes in a beautiful box with all the parts, a mic bag, a lovely cable. It is very easy to set up and connect into an interface with the provided XLR cable, and im so glad I bought this mic I think its absolutely worth the money, and it also comes in beautiful colors too.

Excellent vocal mic.
I have an sm-58 and sm-7b which are dynamic mics, but the Rode-NT1 is the right vocal mic for me ( male vocalist) and also my partner (female vocalist) I have yet to record more vocal tracks yet with it, but so far the 2 tracks i have recorded sound great, i am really encouraged. I recorded my Takamine acoustic with it recently too, sounded pretty good :) I was recording my vocals with an sm-58 for years due to financial restraints. The xlr cable included is a good length and the mounting system is also included.

Good sounding mic with no processing, absolutely brilliant sounding with processing!
First off I’d like to say, I have had a couple of RODE products already, the Rodecaster duo, and the RODE podmic. I love the podmic and had no issues with it but after hearing people speak into condenser microphones, I had to try one out for myself. The NT1 signature series comes very well boxed and it’s obvious they’ve put allot of effort into the unboxing experience - everything about it feels premium and expensive, In the box you get. The condenser microphone. Shock mount. Fully adjustable and extendable pop filter. A protective cloth bag for the mic to protect it from dust/moisture when not in use And a nice, long XLR cable that feels good quality. Performance wise - it sounds absolutely amazing, without any processing it sounds pretty good, but if you add compressor, EQ, exciter, noise gate etc… it sounds absolutely brilliant - it’s hard to describe how it sounds but think, super clean, open, airy sounding, polished vocals. Bare in mind though this is a very sensitive mic, my room is treated and is pretty quiet, yet I could hear every single spoken from my neighbour when she was on the phone 😂💀 If I had to complain about one thing, and this is very minor, I personally like the mic upside down as it’s not in my way as much when gaming, but the RODE text on the pop filter also becomes upside down, it would be nice if it was flipped on the other side. But that’s about all I have to complain about - up to now it’s 10/10 and I’m really happy with the purchase.

One of the Best Value XLR Condenser Mics you can buy
The RØDE NT1 is honestly one of the best value XLR condenser mics you can buy at this price if you want clean professional warm sounding vocals without spending a ton on a meta mic like the Shure SM7B. The first thing you will notice while using this microphone is how well it rejects background noise around your room due to its cardioid pattern, which means the hiss is non existent. Sound wise, the mic is great for singing and voice overs because the mic does a fantastic job at focusing your voice in the front of the mic. Because it rejects noise from the sides and the back, this helps a lot if your room is not sound proofed, and the tone is not harsh or overly tinny sounding. Your plosives like P/BS are basically non existent if you use proper mic techniques. Overall, the Rode NT1 sounds way more expensive than it actually is. I can easily recommend this mic to anyone as a solid long term investment. Another thing I find incredible is how light the overall microphone actually is while not feeling super cheap or flimsy. It is a solidly built microphone and looks hella clean while sounding professional. While it is an XLR mic, it will need an interface for phantom power. The mic itself comes with a lot of accessories including a solidly built shock mount and a 20FT XLR cable. The setup is simple you simply just screw the mic into the shock mount though it might be a little hard the first time but gets easier the more you do it. Overall for the money, this is a great purchase. I've even had compliments in calls of how good my audio sounds since I use proper EQ settings as well.
