So far looks like official dell power supply works great. Very compact and has correct cord lengths. Doesnt get to hot. Compatible with dell and most other brands that use USB C connector. Very Durable

It is original dell charger and works great on my laptop. I got another from a different seller and that stopped working in few months. I hope this one lasts.

I rarely leave 1-star reviews, but this one is warranted. This 65W USB-C charger started failing about four months after purchase. Charging became intermittent, it would connect then stop, and I noticed flickering or buzzing behavior. It also runs noticeably hotter than normal, which is concerning for a power adapter. I use a Dell Inspiron 16 7620, and the instability makes it difficult to rely on this charger day to day. What makes this more disappointing is the price. It is on the higher end and marketed as original, so I expected it to last. Instead, it began acting up very early, and I honestly feel I did not get value for the money spent. For context, my previous Dell charger lasted through the full lifespan of my prior laptop without these kinds of issues. Support has been another problem. I could not find a clear, straightforward way to contact the seller about warranty coverage or a replacement through the order page, which adds to the frustration. I am sharing this so other buyers have realistic expectations about reliability and after-sales support before purchasing.

Works like a pro

This is great for an extra cord since I'm travelling a lot with my computer. It was a great price and charges faster than the one that came with the computer. Compatibility and durability are good too. Might end up ordering another one just for a back up.

Genuine Dell chargers are the best. Many Dell laptops or desktop computers can sense when a generic power supply is used. On one of my desktop computers, it turned down the CPU speed to half. As soon as I changed the power supply to "Dell", the speed doubled.

The USB-C port had glue start oozing out around the edges of where the metal bit connects to the cable, which I discovered when a smoky smell started coming from the charger while it was plugged in to the wall and my laptop. (I have only had this since early January, and I’ve only used it for charging a compatible Dell Latitude 7450 laptop.) Now it won’t charge my laptop at all—this is horrible. I tried scraping the glue off, but that didn’t fix anything. I am so upset that I can’t get a refund now because it’s been slightly longer than 30 days since I purchased this.
