Changed my life forever
If you struggle with an anxious attachment, and you wanna break the cycle, read this book and do the exercises with your whole heart. Theyโre going to be times where youโre sad and you have to think back in the past on how you ever even became anxiously attached. But this book again will change your life forever if you read it and you apply yourself within it no doubt about it.

A Great Partner Tool for Your Therapy Journey
I donโt normally leave reviews but I wanted to be sure to give credit where credit is due. This book is well-written, insightful, and the writing prompts are well thought out. If you struggle with journaling on your own, this book will certainly help you.

Amazing self reflection and awareness
This book is amazing. It caused me to self reflect in beautiful ways. My boyfriend has the avoidant attachment style book, from the same brand. And he is also really loving it! It truly gets you thinking in ways that you wouldnโt before. Genuinely helps with day to day things.

Good book for those starting to deal with their attachment issues
That book is quite interactive and fun and i would recommend it to someone who just starts to deal with their issues with attachment. However, if you are already good with self-reflection, it might be a bit too superficial.

Amazing!!
I keep recommending this journal to every person I know struggling with relationships! The interactive exercises and prompts make it so much more appealing than just reading a book. I've been practicing the exercises daily which have helped me stop spiralling. I learned so much about myself. Thank you!

If you're here, buy this book. Dont question it
Cant speak to this enough. This book got me out of a deep hole. It got me to progress in therapy at an exponential rate. Definitely be ready to deal some hard truths to yourself and do some difficult reflection. I take this about 2-3 pages at a time. And since starting, the way I see myself and handle interpersonal relationships has completely changed and I am moving towards a secure relationship with myself and others. Again, cant recommend this enough.
