Chewy!
I just used this product for the first time last night. I boiled all three exercisers, dried them, and put them back in their individual containers. (I love that they each come with their own case!) I tried the lowest-level one and got as far as the middle of step 4 (see second picture) before my jaw was too tired to go on. I took a short break and tried again, but still couldn't do more than about 20 seconds of that rapid chewing. So, it looks like I'll have to work up gradually to being able to do the full "workout scheme." (I'm sensitive about not damaging my jaw, which I did a few years ago on a stale pumpernickel bagel and it took weeks to recover to the point of being able to eat all normal foods again!)I also wish these exercisers were slightly smaller, as I'm a petite women with a small mouth (contrary to what my friends might say! 😉😄) But they do fit in my mouth and are usable for me.I'm giving this item four stars, not five, because, while this seems like a good product, with intelligible instructions and individual storage cases, I don't yet know whether it will make a difference to my face/neck. If I find that it really does improve my appearance, I'll come back and change my rating.

Manufacture does not provide sufficient guidelines for cleaning
Works well and easy to use. But manufacture does not provide sufficient guidelines for cleaning

Good concept in theory but I can't get past the gag reflex to use these
I already had a set of the jaw exercises where they make a set of variable resistance 1 in individual sets for putting at the back of your teeth. Those work very well but since you have to turn them sideways to avoid that suction effect on the cheeks, I thought I would get this full jaw set and it would be easier to use. Unfortunately no matter how I've tried to use these or where I position them, I can't get past the gag reflex. I've tried them several times and just can't make it work. I recommend the smaller individual sets instead that have a set of two silicone 1 in pieces that you place at the back of your teeth. Those don't create the gag reflex effect like this full mouth set does. Also the full mouth set makes you salivate a huge amount so it's very messy. You don't get the same over salivation effect with the individual 1-in pieces. The one nice thing about this set is that it came with instructions but with the other set I had already figured out that doing isometric exercises after doing anything is actually more effective than doing lots of repetitions. Do a set of warm ups of about 30 to 40 fast-paced clenches and then do clench and hold and then you can put your face into various isometric holds to exercise different muscle sets. If you can get this set to work without getting the gag reflex I imagine you'd be able to do something similar with this set. Unfortunately it doesn't work for me. :-)

Product quality
This is not a good design the product has holes that make suction cups.

Like a gym routine for my face!!
Good quality, the only thing is idk if it's working but I'll keep using it to find out I guess. My mouth salivates a lot while I use it so I kind of drool all over the place and keep a towel near by. My face is a bit sore afterwards but that's to be expected like any muscle workout. Mewing?!? Haha that's cute!

Nice design but a bit messy
My wife has become a fan in jaw exercisers, so got these for her to test out. The design makes it very obvious how to use it, but it does come with a user guide and exercise instructions which is helpful. She likes how they come in their own individual cases which is sanitary as long as you clean and dry them properly after each use before storing them. Of course these type of products take time to really show true results, but she admits that she does feel like she's done a good jaw workout after using an exerciser for as little as 1 min. The downside to these, is that they tend to be messy when taking them out from the excessive saliva she experiences which we're assuming is due to the way it's made. Not a total deal breaker, but something to consider especially for those who have small mouths since these exercisers are on the bigger side. Still a nice value and good recommendation for a good jaw muscle workout.
