Unfortunately received damage, but so far 😪 i like the size

received the item in bad condition,for one- it didint come in its original box[packaging], it is just rolled in an ordinary cling wrap, lid cover is full of dust and scratches as well as the bottom part, has a dent on the metal rim, and it seems like a used one as it smells like coffee inside.

The item delivered was tainted.

Is not authentic Stanley.

The product was damaged.I asked for refund.Get notification that refunded.Didn't get refund and can't claim it.

Company is advertising to hold heat for 6 hours, it can not hold even for two hours, absolutely scam

It's seldom that you buy a kitchen gadget and it makes your life noticeably better, but I really notice lots of small ways this cup removes friction from my life.I really like it. It's compact compared to most travel cups, but fits a standard cappuccino in it. It doesn't take up much space in my bag, and also fits into my coat pocket. It doesn't leak, which means I can safely put it into a bag or pocket without worry. It keeps coffee hot for several hours, although I haven't tried particularly long times. It is also comfortable to drink from. It fits in the car cup holder, although it doesn't go all the way down in the (admittedly skinny) Skoda cup holder.The lid folds all the way back and clicks into place, so it doesn't get in the way. I see there is another review where someone complains that it doesn't go all the way down, she either has a damaged lid, or is not pushing hard enough, because mine folds all the way back. I've got the pink colour, which very light and subtle and has a pearlescent effect.

I've had this a couple of months I think and I wouldn't be without it now.It looks smart and stylish, it feels very tactical and the seal appears to work very well.It holds the heat for hours! If it is going to be less than four hours before I'll drink out of it then I don't preheat it as it's too hot like I've just boiled the kettle. Longer than four hours and I preheat it. It holds my latte comfortably and I'm really, really pleased with it as it now means I can enjoy my drink while out for the day.
