Good stuff!!!!!!!! My vitamin d level was way below normal range. I am about 150 lbs, male, if it makes a difference. I was forgetting how to drive to the city 30 miles away. This dosage got my level pretty much mid range in the blood work. The k is to help eliminate bad effects from the d. Been taking over 4 years. Started out with a higher dose. This dosage keeps me mid stream.
