These HOLLOW Alpaca Boot Socks are incredibly warm without being bulky. I’ve worn them with boots for long days and my feet stayed comfortable and dry. The material feels soft, not itchy at all, and they hold their shape after washing. Perfect for cold weather or outdoor activities. Definitely worth the purchase.

What really stands out is the temperature regulation and moisture-wicking. My feet stay warm without overheating during long walks in freezing temps, and they dry quickly if I work up a sweat. The hollow fiber structure traps heat effectively but breathes well, so no more clammy feet or blisters. The light compression is a nice bonus for support without feeling restrictive. Only grip is the cost.

I don't write many reviews but I had to comment on these socks. Being part of a reserve unit and participating in ground search and rescue you need to take care of your feet. These socks are the best I have found to avoid blisters, and regulate heat, cold, and moisture. They are well made, fit comfortably, and last! I highly recommend them.

I bought these in the boot length which seems to be a bit longer that most boot length socks I own but not quite as long as I would consider over the calf length. The things I like about these socks are the wool seems to be of excellent quality. They are quite soft as you would expect from baby alpaca wool. After wearing them all day under boots they were dry and still warm and comfortable. They pull on easily and appear to be sized correctly. The only thing I don't like about these socks are they start to fall down soon after putting them on and I'm sure this will get worse as they age. This isn't a big problem for my lace up boots as they won't go any lower than the top of my boot, other than the fact that they bunch up near the top. I certainly wouldn't want to wear them with something like cowboy boots as they would be around my ankles in short order. I do like my Darn Tough boot socks better, but they are more expensive and aren't as soft as these.

Great warm socks that held up well on an Outstanding @PrincessCruises Adventure to Alaska on #DiscoveryPrincess, Juneau, Ketchikan, Skagway and the Inside Passage. Extremely comfortable and soft.

Rarely take the time to chime in with reviews (also hate when folks start one with that pretext, sorry) But.... beyond frustrated. Ordered the EXACT same pair, and loved them. They are incredible. Got through a winter season of backpacking with them and spring canoeing. They are still in great shape and still a go to. However, new pair showed up today, day before trip, and are very different, despite them being the exact same listing. In my opinion little to no actual Aplaca wool in them. I see no discernible difference between them and the cotton boot socks I own. They are a different texture...size...seams in different places.. and 5 ounces lighter PER SOCK! First pair great, new ones non existent and will certainly not be adequate for a winter boot sock. What a disappointment, suppose I will cherish the original pair until they wear out... Sending back both pairs that arrived today, figuring out something else for tomorrow's trip, and not ordering more.

Expensive but kept my feet warm where other sockets have not. Very soft. Fit great.

Not what I thought they'd be... Just okay... pretty expensive for what you get.

I've tried many thermal socks and these socks are warmer than anything else. Truly incredible. Expensive. But incredible!
