Amazing Budget Keyboard For Beginners
I got the Yunzii AL66 by YUNZII Keyboard in blue a while back and oh boy the thocky clacks this keyboard produces stock are sooo nice to the ears (sound test coming soon). I will be lubing the milk switches because Im a big fan of how light and thocky they sound on this board. The blue is really nice. Its a bit deeper than pastel blue but still a really beautiful blue color. While it doesnt have adjustable height, I actually found the keyboard angle to be quite comfortable regardless. It has tri-mode so Im able to use this wired for when Im gaming, and wireless bluetooth for when I want to use it with my tablets. The weight gives it a premium feel along with the satin texture of the aluminum, like chalky metal feeling and Im actually a fan of it. But in the future, I plan to spray paint mine into a pastel green or cream color. ~When Im braver~ 😂 The RGB is beautiful and I like how I can change the colors on the side or disable them completely when Im not in the mood for a keyboard disco party. The instruction manual was easy for me to follow and so Im able to customize my RGB through the buttons seamlessly according to my theme. Overall, Yunzii has been coming out with great budget options for aluminum keyboards and I highly recommend their keebs to anyone looking to build their first or budget custom aluminum keyboard. Got this far? I thank you and appreciate your time reading my review ✨

Awesome keyboard.
This keyboard is just awesome. The keyboard has biiiiiiig battery life, and I only have to charge it about once a month, maybe once every two months depending on how much I use. The 68 key layout is great and makes the keyboard compact while keeping most functions. I do got to say, sometimes I feel lost on how to get a certain command going, but nothing a YouTube tutorial can’t fix. The material is good and premium. Metal and good, premium, plastic. The color options are great. The rgb looks great and is well customizable. The software is not really good but the rgb can be customizable through commands on the keyboard. The volume wheel is such a good addition, it just makes life so much easier. One complaint is that when the keyboard turns off (when you don’t use the keyboard for a while it turns off to save batteries) you have to press a key to turn it back on and then turn the wheel, turning it doesn’t activate the keyboard back. The switches sound so good and creamy, one of the best sounding keyboard I’ve had. It damps sound well with no tape mod or anything. Overall a great keyboard, super recommend it.

Excellent keyboard! Simple to connect. Keys have a quick response, they are plush and provide a creamy sound profile. Color change features are fun!

Great Keyboard with a Few Minor Drawbacks
Great Keyboard with a Few Minor Drawbacks The YUNZII AL66 Wireless Mechanical Keyboard is a fantastic choice for its build quality, wireless functionality, and compact design. However, there are a couple of areas where it could improve. Pros: Premium Aluminum Build: The aluminum frame feels sturdy and durable, giving it a premium touch. Wireless Versatility: The Bluetooth and 2.4G wireless modes are seamless, with stable connections and no noticeable lag. Compact and Functional: The 65% layout is great for saving desk space, and the knob is a nice addition for quick volume control or other adjustments. RGB Lighting: The customizable RGB lighting looks stunning and adds a nice touch to any setup. Cons: Shaky Knob: While the knob is a great feature, it feels slightly loose and could use better stability. No Keyboard Feet: The lack of adjustable keyboard feet means you’re stuck with a fixed typing angle, which may not suit everyone. Overall: Despite the minor drawbacks, the YUNZII AL66 is still a solid keyboard for gamers and professionals alike. If you can overlook the slightly shaky knob and fixed angle, you’ll find it to be a versatile, high-quality keyboard with excellent wireless functionality.

Budget Friendly 65% Aluminum Keyboard
As an owner of the fantastic Yunzii AL71, I was excited to see them offering another CNC aluminum keyboard in a smaller footprint. This keyboard is excellent for the price. The full aluminum case provides a nice heft to the board and lovely acoustics, while the gasket mount and polycarbonate plate provides a plush typing experience. The black looks nice and has a smooth texture. The provided milk switches are smooth and sound great. The stabilizers are well lubed. There are tons of RGB options with variable effects speed, with the option for even plain white backlight if RGB isn't quite your thing. The biggest drawbacks of this keyboard are the mediocre keycaps, but are certainly serviceable. I swapped out the stock keycaps with a rather inexpensive set and the acoustics went from great to fantastic. Aside from the keycaps, I would have liked a braided cable, but at this price it is tough to gripe about much. The knob is on the smaller side, but certainly is functional. Another complaint is that I haven't been able to figure out how to change the side RGB lighting. I am able to on my AL71, but can't seem to change it on the AL66. I will note that the knob has three different functions: volume, RGB mode, and RGB brightness. I was stuck on the RGB mode function and the shortcut guide didn't list how to cycle through them. After some messing around I discovered you press the knob for approximately 3 seconds and the function will cycle. Overall this is an excellent value for what you get: full aluminum body, quality switches, and a set of keycaps to boot. I would say this a great entry into aluminum and gasket mount keyboards.

Two year review, amazing product and service
I have had this keyboard for the better part of two years it is very solid and well constructed out of aluminum. I even lost my associated dongle and the Yunzii support team helped me and had gotten back to me within the same day. If you are thinking of ordering one of their products I would highly recommend it they are very competitively price compared to other brands at the same price point and with much higher quality. The AL68 for example is an all metal chase which feels very durable and customizable I have only change my keycaps but the board is not hard to modify at all if building keyboards is you thing but I liked the stock feel and only wanted to customize it. I defines plan on buying their products again in the future I prefer their minimalistic designs compared to other planes both for portability and aesthetics.

Loooove
I'm a casual keyboard hobbyist, I also game and type a lot, and this keyboard checks all my boxes. In the past, I've used the GMK67 and the Keydous NJ80. This board combines the best of both worlds for me... the compact size of the GMK67 with the weight of the NJ80, with way better-looking LEDs than either of them. (Really pretty! At this price point, I'm more than happy) The stock switches are a Kailh type switch. I'm used to switches with super light actuation force (I use Akko Wine Reds), and these feel just slightly heavier for me to type on. They are creamy and poppy. I think a little lube could make it sound even better. The stock keycaps are just OK. They make the typing sound higher-pitched and scratchy sometimes, but not really an issue since they can be swapped out. Pros: (+) Heavy body (+) Vibrant LEDs (really, they look so nice) (+) Good knob; feels solid, accurate volume control (+) 3 connection types (wired, Bluetooth, 2.4 ghz) (+) Stabilizers need little to no adjustment (+) Reasonable price for all of the above Cons: (-) No height adjustment (I use a small bundle of felt to prop it up lol) (-) Keycaps are just OK (-) Issue with lag using the 2.4ghz connection; you'll have to plug it into a USB 2.0 port to ensure against this (~) Software isn't the most intuitive to use, but it's aiight and does the job This is a great base board to do additional customization on, or just be used as is. I personally really like it. Hope this helps anyone ^^ (Updated 3/29/24: Edited details on the switch type)

Sounds sooooooo good!
I'm in love with this keyboard. The aluminum construction adds a nice bit of weight to the keyboard and the finish while rougher looks great with a matte finish. The letters and numbers on the key caps are large and very easy to read. Volume knob feels solid with basically no give or any rattling. I'm not a huge fan of LED design elements in general but if that's your cup of tea I think you'll enjoy the extra LED strips on the sides as they do add a nice bit of ambient lighting in darker environments. I'm not all to familiar with the different types of switches of today's market but these linear milk switches are very pleasant to type on coming from brown switches (my preferred switch type). Now the sound... the sound is fantastic. It's definitely thocky if that's what you're looking for. Maybe not as thocky as some more expensive brands or custom models but nonetheless for a keyboard that's stock, you will be satisfied by how this keyboard sounds.

MUITO PESADO!
Galera, fiquem atentos, ele pesa grandes 1.6kg!

Compact 65% powerhouse – premium feel without the premium price!
I’ve been using the YUNZII AL66 for a few days now and I’m really impressed. It has a solid metal build that feels very high quality—much better than most plastic keyboards I’ve used before. The typing experience is smooth and quiet (I got the linear Milk switches), and it sounds really nice too. I love that it supports Bluetooth, 2.4GHz wireless, and USB-C, so I can easily switch between my laptop and tablet. The battery lasts a long time—I’ve only charged it once so far. The knob is super handy for controlling volume or brightness. The RGB lights look great, and the keycaps feel nice and durable. It also has hot-swappable switches, which is awesome if I want to try different ones later. Only downside: the software is Windows only, so if you use Mac, you might not get full customization. And the keyboard is a bit tall, so you might want to use a wrist rest. Overall, very happy with it. Great value and definitely recommend if you're into mechanical keyboards!

it’s nice
Pretty nice case for when you want to customize it. i would say that there are better options if you are trying to find a keyboard that you wont do any customizations with. edit: it lasted 3 months only before its started to disconnect over and over again. i did get help and the problem is solved so it’s all good
