Outstanding support
I bought these hearing aids after my dog ate one of my $6000 set. 1/6th the cost and work as good as the more expensive ones. The best thing is the support...hearing test by phone, immediate adjustment done to them. A 30 minute session with audiologist via zoom. I'd set my Bluetooth wrong and my phone was ringing in the hearing aids. A quick adjustment directed during the zoom meeting. Problem solved. You don't have to have phone with you for the aids to work. There's an easy to understand ap on phone you can use to make immediate adjustments for the type of environment you are in i.e. music, outside, general use, tuning out background noise. I'm beyond pleased with the support available.

Great Hearing Aid but connectivity was impossible.
It's hard to believe in 2024 that an electronics manufacturer like Jabra cannot make a device that is readily compatible with an android smartphone using bluetooth. I followed the installation directions, made sure my phone was compatible, downloaded the app, tried to connect to the earpieces... nothing. Called tech support (they were great and answered right away) and they sent a troubleshooting guide that indicated there were known issues with android phones running version 12.0. Asked me to delete the app and reload from the play store and then follow a "work-around" solution. Unfortunately when I went to reload, the app, it had been removed from the play store for some reason. Called tech support and they said that the app was "undergoing maintenance" and unavailable at the moment. Asked me to download the "pro" version of the Jabra app since it was "exactly the same". Followed directions, loaded pro version of app. Tried to connect using the work-around procedure... nothing. Left earpiece then started powering off for no reason while trying to connect even though it was fully charged. Having worked on basic connectivity for over 3 hours, the friction of continuing to work on what appears to be a defective product exceeded my patience. Back in the box, return, refund, done.

A Satisfied Customer
I have to admit that I was skeptical when I purchased my Jabra Enhance Select Hearing Aids. How could a set of their hearing aids compete with sets costing four or five times as much? But, they made a believer of me. I can only tell of my personal experiences here, but I don't think they were unique. First off, right out of the box, they fit me perfectly. I spoke with a licensed audiologist from Jabra who answered any questions I had. Now, the best part! I was able to hear sounds I hadn't remembered hearing for years. It's funny how after a while you take for granted that you hear the sounds you were missing -----until you take the hearing aids out! That , for me anyhow, was my AHA moment. That's when I appreciated just how much they were helping my hearing. I also love the convenience of being able to make adjustments in volume, etc. from your smartphone. I guess by now you've realized I'm a satisfied user.

I love these things
I bought these because they are android compatible. I did need a phone that is ASHA compatible for that to work correctly. I have a Pixel and it works well with them. The only problems I have is that bluetooth audio can be a little tinny, usually only noticed when someone is talking, and that sometimes one will stop playing the bluetooth audio, buy simply turning BT off and the back on solves that.

A great product except when listening to music
I liked the hearing aids and thought they were top quality. My hearing loss is moderate and I could hear good with them. I took a hearing test with zoom and they applied settings based on my hearing. The app is great you have different setting you can apply based on you surroundings. But for me music did not sound good - it sounded like it was coming from inside a tin can - so I returned them. Music quality was much better on my old hearing aids. Amazon only gives you 30 days to return them but if you buy directly from the dealer you get 100 days. I had less that two weeks of this window and felt uncomfortable with more meetings dealing with this issue.

Very easy to set up and use.
Great right out of the box. I never had to contact anyone to help me “setup” this product. I previously used the Bose OTC hearing aids, but after running them through the wash cycle, they had to be replaced. Very happy with this Jabra model. I especially like being able to stream directly to the hearing aids. Very convenient.

Did not even last a year, no product support.
I purchased these as an upgrade to my current hearing aids. After 6 months, the left hearing aid decreased dramatically in volume to the point it barely works. I tried Amazon support, who then directed me to Jabra. I contacted Jabra, who said without an extended warranty, there was nothing they could do. I went back to Amazon who advised thry could do nothing. Now I'm left with a $1200 pair of hearing aids that are non functional, and did not even last 6 months. Highly recommend you avoid this company as they don't offer support or stand behind their products.
