I’m very impressed with the FitBeast Hand Grip Strengthener Workout Kit. It’s a well-designed set that provides everything needed for improving hand, finger, wrist, and forearm strength. The variety of tools included makes it much more versatile than a single grip trainer, allowing me to change exercises and target different areas of my grip. The adjustable resistance grip trainers are a great feature, as they make it easy to increase the difficulty gradually as strength improves. For a budget product these are really quite good and the counter on the handle is very useful.

They have been a really big help since my stroke

I will break this review down by item, in some the bad points very much outweigh the good. Handheld grip strength Good points: You can adjust the tension. It can count the reps. Comfortable to hold. Bad points: Adjusting the tension is like blind mans buff, you have no idea what tension you are setting it to and if you are working both hands, well good luck getting an even tension across the two. I would have preferred a display to show the tension setting to a rep counter. The tension is adjusted by turning the cap, you have to guess which direction and guess how far to turn it, there are literally no metrics at all. It can count the reps...well... Instead of providing a left and a right-hand grip, you get two right handed ones, which means you can't see the rep counter on the one you use in your left hand without bending your hand right back towards your arm. The reset is a knob at the bottom, instead of zeroing out, you have to click back ( or forwards) manually to zero a click at a time, every single time, its just stupid. It feels cheaply made. The O ring Good points: It's easy to use. it's not sticky. Nothing to adjust, just pick up and go. Bad points: There is only one included, you can only work one hand at a time. It is one size, so might not be useful to people with bigger hands. The Ball Good points: Its a ball Bad piints: It is tiny. It is sticky. It is too easy to squeeze. Whatever they made this from isn't fit for purpose. I binned it. The finger stretcher good points. It gives your tensor muscles a good workout. Bad points: There is only one included. The loops you put your fingertips into are one size and although it stretches a little I had difficulty getting it on, and the squishyness of the material makes it Tricky, you need to put each loop on one at a time on each finger tip because the tacky surface and soft flexible material means you can't slide it on. It's one size, so for people with smaller hands you get less of a workout because you will have more stretch before the resistance kicks in, equally if you have large hands, even if you can get the loops on your finger tips , you will end up with much more resistance. Having an adjustable connecting strap, I feel, would be far more useful. Overall its ok, an introduction to the concept of training your hand muscles, and it does come with a pouch to keep everything except the grips pair in. It isn't good enough , in my opinion, for true grip training or for medicinal purposes. I had bought this for my cousin who has early onset arthritis, and they use the grip psir and the O ring, and I also bought a proper adjustable finger stretcher as she couldn't get on with the one included in this set. overall I gave it 3 stars and I feel that is generous, given only 2 items were usable by the recipient.

I use this set every single day It’s a fun cheap package for training grip strength and I would recommend it for anyone who is interested in grip training or wrist strengthening. It’s got great durability and the grip trainers come with a fun little counter. The weight is adjustable. And the texture is grippy. Good for stress Also comes with a stress ball and a ring easy to squeeze

Good product, but the only reason im putting 4 stars is because the counter on the grip strengthener is iffy and doesn't turn properly sometimes. If it was on 60 for example and reaches 70 it doesnt turn to the next number properly, it sticks inbetween the two. Except that its really good for the price!

Get what you pay for, cheap AF but it's £10 and works perfectly.

I really like, use, and appreciate this product. My hand and grip strength have increased already. This product is well worth the price. I would recommend it to anyone who wants/needs to strengthen their grip. 5 stars
