Love love love this stuff! Originally bought because I needed the selenium for my slightly overactive thyroid. But let me tell you this has been a game changer for the mood swings I was having as well!! Doesn’t make you nauseous and is insanely effective!

I know a lot of people read reviews so I thought I should put mine out there. I started noticing the older I got in my 20’s my hormone really started effecting my relationships with people and also myself. I tried thinking it would go away because it really only happened once a month that I would lose myself, but I’ve been trying these hormone balance pills for 6 months now and even within the first 2 weeks I saw a change, especially being a student athlete my period would make me feel so fatigue but these have seriously changed my energy levels and also have made me a happier person as well. I recommend these because after I took these I found myself again and felt like myself again.

I have found that I can't go without these, especially because I had a tubal 2 years ago after having my 4th baby (3rd girl). I didn't realize I needed anything until I had a gut feeling that I needed to do something. Both her father and I were having problems and things just sucked. I took these for the past 4 months straight and we are sooo much happier and life feels less crappie. I blamed him for me feeling like crap. I have honestly apologized because I now know it was me (not 100% but over 80%) that was my own issue. I hope these never go off the shelves!!

Have used this supplement for 2 years. It's a lifesaver if you are having sleep issues due to hormone fluctuations. Doctor had me on DIM estro before, but this is more effective. Would recommend!

As a physician myself, I have seen a lot of patients with demography scans have their estrogen dominance clear up after taking dim. However for someone who does not suffer from estrogen dominance, this will most likely cause you to have severe to dull hormonal headaches for days, and you may not feel like getting out of bed if your estrogen levels were normal to begin with. So again I caution anybody taking this product unless you know for sure you have estrogen dominance in that it needs to be regulated. Normal people with hormone panels that are normal.. should proceed with caution.
