This is being sold as new, but is not new. Thermal paste was wiped off.
This was sent without the paste pre-applied and it looks like it has been cleaned off (there are traces of it being cleaned). Given that this is being sold directly by the manufacturer, it feels very poor and misleading.

Resultó completamente inútil, a pesar de su gran tamaño y materiales de alta calidad. El procesador se calienta hasta 95-100 grados bajo carga y se enfría lentamente. Reemplazado con refrigeración por agua, temperatura máxima 85. No vale la pena gastar dinero, es mejor agregar $100 y comprar uno de agua. AMD Threadripper 7970x Asus Trx50 Sage Wi-Fi

There's no better cooler for my 7985 WX

I like it
Don't know much about cooling systems but I couldn't find another system that fully covered the plate on the AMD 64 core threadripper and this one does cover it and keeps it cool. On idle it's running around 35c and under full load with all cores at 100% it's 71c.
