Temperature LOWER than expected! 😠
One thing positive to say about the Dutch Oven is the rich colour. It's stunning, and the pot is heavy. Is it worth it?? No. A few side complaints about this product is the lid is not a snuggle fit, there is a wobble to it. Then I read the instruction booklet and that's when my smile disappeared. In Australia's cooking terms, it seems we cannot go past 200 Celsius. On your page it states 500 Fahrenheit (260 Celsius) well that's a lie to consumers to buy it! It brought it to bake sourdough bread and 200 Celsius is too low of a temp. It also states you can not heat it without nothing in it! Again, to all artisanal bread makers 'STAY AWAY FROM THIS BRAND. IT'S A WASTE OF MONEY' and the shipping price is crazy. You're better off buying yourself a ceramic baking dish.

Habe mir die Schmorpfanne,Servierpfanne mit 30cm Durchmesser gekauft. Die Optik ist schon mal super schön,dieses blau, phantastisch! Sehr schwere,gute Qualität,ist für das gesamte Leben gemacht. Die Emalie ist sehr gut verarbeitet. Ich bin mit dem Ergebnis sehr zufrieden.

Very nice, pretty as well.
I love this thing. You can fit a ton of food in it and it cleans up nice with the smooth enamel on the interior. It's heavy, just warning you, but it has a handle on each side so it's fine. It's a heck of alot easier to cook in this and not worry about taking care of the seasoning on a non enameled cast iron pan.

Beautiful
This pan is a beautiful shade of turquoise blue. I included a picture of it beside another Dutch oven pot that I got from Amazon of a darker blue. It is good quality, heavy and thick. It’s easy to clean, heats up fast and holds the heat in well. I was worried that it would be small but it’s not, the size is perfect. It measures 13 inches across (not including the handles). I just made a grilled cheese in it to try it out and it worked great! I’m excited to add it to my collection.
