Doesn't mix good at all!
This stuff is horrible, I have a shaker glass and I mixed it with orange juice, this stuff is almost all foam, I'm never buying this junk again!

Way too much sodium.
My fault for not reading the label. This contains 230g of sodium for a single scoop. Intended to use it in my smoothies before working out but first I tried it with my microwave oatmeal and it cooked and was so salty I couldn't eat it. So I can't use it. Unfortunately, since I opened it, cannot return.

Good for baking and making smoothies. I don't recommend trying to make an omelette with it.
