Nature Republic HONEY MELTING LIP, 02 FIG

This has been a ga.e changer, I absolutely fell in love with this. It gives a nice bit of sparkle and a lot of shine. It gives a slight tingling after applying. Easy to apply with just a click or two. Easily covers the lips and lady's for quite awhile. After this purchase I had to go back and buy a few of the tinted versions and so far its the only lip product I use daily. Whether you're a minimalist or you wear quite a bit of makeup this will absolutely be a favorite among lip products, to s of options whether you want a clear touch of sparkle or other options like the tinted versions. You will not be disappointed. I haven't noticed much of a lip plump but do feel slight tingling once applied. This will not give you botox lips but will add a slight plump to your look

This is an aptly named lipstick because it does truly just melt onto your lips. It's incredible and so so pretty. The color lychee is a beautiful medium pink color that has subtle color payoff without being too sheer either. It's incredibly moisturizing and supple without being at all sticky. I love a lip gloss and lip balm so as long as it wasn't oily it wasn't going to bother me, but this is truly very luxe feeling. The packaging is slim and easily packable. I ate dinner not long after trying it on and it mostly came off but I can still feel the moisturizing effect. TLDR: it gives clinique black honey effect without the high price tag. Want all the colors.

Love this lipstick - I got Fig Smudge. + Soft, non-sticky texture. Definitely more of a lipstick than a gloss + Buildable, you can do one layer for a more sheer application or more layers for bolder color + Fig Smudge is a beautiful, rosy-pink shade that isn’t too loud or saturated + Applicator is cute and small enough to fit in a purse, a bit smaller than a dry erase marker - Longevity could be better, you’ll definitely have to reapply a few times a day

I tried the Honey Melting Lip from Nature Republic in 18 Rose Pink, and I have mixed feelings, mostly because of the shade. First, the formula is really nice. It reminds me a lot of the Tarte Maracuja Juicy Lip, same click-up style and that smooth, glossy, balm-like texture. It feels really moisturizing on the lips and gives a pretty, slightly glassy finish. I’m not usually a huge fan of the click dispenser since it’s easy to push up too much product, but this one clicks up slowly enough that it’s more manageable. The main issue for me is the color. Based on the listing photos, I expected a softer, muted mauve pink, but on my very fair skin it reads much more like a bright, almost hot pink. It’s not a bad color, just not what I was going for. Interestingly, I liked it more after it wore down a bit. After about 30 minutes, the brightness toned down and looked more natural, though the glossy finish faded along with it. I’ve added photos immediately after application and about half an hour later. Overall, I really like the texture and how comfortable it feels, so I’d be open to trying other shades. I just think this particular color might work better on someone with a bit more depth in their skin tone, or if you’re specifically looking for a brighter pink.

I absolutely love this lip gloss. It isn't too sticky and honestly i gorget its on my lips. My lips feel moisturized for hours before I have to re-apply. I definitely will be trying the other colors from this brand. The color is subtle which is what I was looking for.

Bought this in two shades-fig (02) and berry (03). Texture of Fig was very thick, sticky, and just a big messy glob. It did not glide on smoothly at all. Berry color however had a thinner and lighter texture. It glides easily on the lips and the color does look like a berry-raspberry and strawberry. Setting aside the texture, I do not love the applicator. It’s rather long and takes up more space in my bag than necessary. You click on the bottom of the lipstick like you would a pen in order to push the lip color out of the applicator. But once it is out, you can’t retract it. So you have to be careful to not let too much lipstick come out of the applicator. I would not repurchase.

As someone who has very sensitive skin and allergies I was nervous to try this lip product but I’m so happy I did. Color 02 Fig was a sheer pink color on my tan skin. Stays on and is more smooth texture that’s nice rather than sticky formula. Stays on for a few hours and easy to reapply when needed. The coverage is great with the push button on the bottom of the product is nice and easy to use. Longevity of the product last a few hours for me. My lips were not chapped when I woke up each day after wearing this product which can happen with the lip balms and products on my skin. So from a very sensitive skin person this product gets an A+ from me and can’t wait to get more colors. *updated* I also ordered the “tender berry” color and love it more than the fig! So easy to wear and I think I might be obsessed! Left picture is the Fig and right is the slightly darker tender berry.

I really do love this lipstick, it’s a pretty color. Do wish it was a little brighter. It does not actually plump your lips but it has a nice gloss finish.
