Take a good look at pictures before you buy one of these. I wanted one with a zipper in the middle between the front seats, and almost decided on another brand, until I noticed how much thinner it was. This one is thick like one of those folding windshield sun shades. Others may be more like a cheap one-ply tent canvas. This one will definitely provide better protection to your seats. The straps hold it in place well and it has two rollers that shove down between the seats to keep it down. Mine came with one end strap that was just…wrong, it had the wrong clips on it and I couldn’t use it, but that’s not quite enough for me to take a star away. The reason being, I just designate that end to be the side that the dogs get in and out from. It doesn’t affect functionality so it’s fine. Speaking of the ends (side flaps by each door), they unzip so pooch can enter & exit easily. That’s a feature the other one actually didn’t have, and I think it’s more desirable than the middle zipper. The point is for them to stay in the back, I can easily reach over it. Last thing, I put some boxes of supplies on the floor under the seats, then put cushy gardening pads on them. That creates extra support for the front of the hammock that hangs over, so it won’t sag down if they lay there. All in all, good purchase at a good price.

I chose not to use the vertical support straps in front of the windows out of fear of my dog getting herself tangled up in mid-drive.Though this does mean the item sits less taut, it give me peace of mind without compromising the purpose of the hammock.In future versions I would recommend either a single point sling attachmentment in the middle or place to the supports attachment points as far apart as possible to prevent large/furry dogs from possibly getting tangled.

Works great to protect your seats from accidents and pet hair, could be a little better made, didn’t have it long and it came unstitched in a couple places, other than that I was satisfied with my purchase

It was a great deal at a low cost, but its making my dog fall all over the car during rides. It comes with 2 pvc pipe pieces that are sewn to the underside to slip into the seat crevasse areas and if my pup takes 2 steps they come out and hes falling to the floorboards, and I drive slower than my grandmother. It doesnt fit the headrests well and i have to angle it off center to make it barely usable, my pup is starting to hate car rides now, and he used to run to my car for a ride, now its like he doesnt trust me or the car cause this dog seat cover is very poorly designed, thanks for the let down, If my pup could talk, he'd prob give this company the middle paw(if I had to guess). Its not made for safe rides, its a slip trip hazard. Thanks a whole lot..... My pups got a complex cause y'all are selling a faulty product.

This cover keeps the seats free from dog hair and scratches, and with the side panels keeps my pets from trying to sneak out of the side and down into the seat wells. The ability to connect into the seat belt also allows for attaching a harness easily which is a plus. Well made and easy to clean. Have purchased 2 to have one for each vehicle. Fits well in SUVs of different models. Have tested in both a Volvo and a Tesla without issue. I actually prefer this over the Tesla branded dog holder.

I am really glad I got this. The dog doesn’t fall off the seat and it helps contain the fur flying. It’s sturdy and easy to install.

We put this in the back of our 4Runner with the seats folded down so our 2 German shepherds could have as much room as possible! It’s great for when they go swimming or get muddy(which is a daily occurrence) and it’s big enough where we don’t have to worry about them getting the trunk dirty at all.
