You will receive 120 tablets, not capsules, at 4000mg based on 2 tablets per day.I have since done some research and discovered that The European Medicines Agency recommends 300-600mg two to three times per day. So from now on, I will be cutting these 1cm wide tablets into two pieces and will have just half a tablet per day instead of two per day. This also means this this 120 tablet supply will not last me two months, but 8 months!I am using these as I have been familiar with milk thistle for decades but now as an older person, wish to benefit from their anti-inflammatory and antioxidant properties.These tablets seems to be significantly cheaper than others I have seen at the same strength. I have had no adverse side effects from these. Please note that the packaging does not state that milk thistle should not be consumed by pregnant or breast feeding women or people who have had certain cancers. Please look into this before consuming milk thistle.

I take these daily, they are flavourless and easy to swallow, I have no complaints.

I like these becase they are very easy to swallow and dont taste awful. I have been told that i have early stages of fatty liver and so decided to try something natural to help with that (I'm no doctor so do your own research). I've yet to have another. scan so I can't say how effective it has been, but i've tolderated it well and anything that reduces inflammation within the body can only be a good thing in my book. I will update this again when i have another scan. Overall I'm happy with these though as i really struggle to take tablets but these got down easily.

I'm very happy to try a milk thistle supplement, especially after the festive season. I like the minimal packaging and the vegan ethos. The price for two months seems very reasonable to me. My only gripe is I didn't find them so easy to swallow. They're not particularly big, but are uncoated tablets rather than capsules, so it took me a couple of goes. I need to improve my technique, I'm used to 'floaty' capsules which go down a little easier.
