I have been looking for a small set of knives, unless you are a professional I find having 20 different knives to be pointless. This set includes a set of five that should get you through basically anything you need to cut. The block is really nice looking & subtle so won't stand out against you other décor. The knives are a great weight & thickness, with an expensive feel. They are one piece which is what I wanted to help avoid any handle loosening or water getting in between the two pieces. So far I have used only 3, one time each and hand washed & dried to avoid any potential issues. This product far exceeded my expectations.

Good, but the edges tend to go bad quick. Good for the buck though.

3 day delay , package was unprotected "no wrap or box ". I open the package and the holy package is incomplete. No even a single knife,, I just receive a glass block that is pretty nice BUT without knife.

This knife set fits perfectly in our compact kitchen and the tempered glass/wood block design looks great. We applaud that the knives are a single piece of 440 stainless for structural integrity and sanitation, and boy are they sharp. I’m not inclined to put knives at this astonishing price point in the dishwasher. Besides, they are too easily and quickly hand-washed after each use. Also, I already own an electric diamond-honing sharpener and excellent kitchen shears so won’t miss those, or other near-worthless add-ons to a typical, overloaded wood block knife set. Probably not best for a busy, pro kitchen but I am quite pleased so far.

Very elegant knives and THE BEST value I've seen! The set includes every knife you would need and they are very sharp. The weight and fit of the handle feels very comfortable in your hand. The stand looks beautiful and looks excellent for interior design thinking. LOVE THIS

Sturdy and really pretty. I’ve been using them for a week now and love them. They’ve stayed pretty sharp too.

I'm not the best cook or the most frequent. I love how this set comes with all the essentials that I need. It doesn't hurt that it is pretty cool to look at.

Very nice design. Good price in my opinion. What else is there to say? I just got this thing so I haven't used the knives yet so we'll see.
