Best flour for all recipes. I can’t tolerate regular flour but this flour works great with no problem. The Food Nanny is the only other place to purchase White Kamut Organic Flour.

Great Product But Inflation Hit This Hard
Great product, especially for the kids’ pancakes and waffles I make from scratch so they have wholesome breakfast. Flavor is wonderful, nutty, full. Texture is great for liquid batters, just be prepared to add more milk to the recipe given it’s fineness (which I prefer). However, bought last 5lb bag on Amazon in August 2021 for $22.99 (same price as spelt 5lb bag), now $30.99 is a hard sell even for a great product. I will pass this time. ************************************************** Update 8/24/23 - I don’t believe this product is 100% whole grain. While it is very tasty, I don’t see the full grain parts like when I mill oats and sorghum. Plus, with 1g fiber in 1/4c, about 3-4g in a full cup, I don’t think it can possibly be 100%. I think the “white” in white kamut means maybe either the bran or germ is missing. The endosperm is the soft inner part of the grain and is the part most often left in.

Cheaper on the company’s site
Love this flour. Every time I come to buy, seems like Amazon has hiked the price. It’s a lot cheaper if you buy on their website at 13$ for the 5 lb bag

Ancient grain. Easy on digestive system. Organic. Not tried with celiac.
I use this as my go to flour. It is an ancient grain that has fewer chromosomes and is easier on the stomach than modern wheat flour. It is pricey, but so worth it for banana bread, French cottage bread, cookies, etc. I also like Einkorn, but this more easily works for most recipes without having to adjust liquids. I haven't tried it with people who have celiac issues, so I would not want to address that. But, if you are just gluten intolerant, this will work for you.

A little pricey but worth it!!
This was recommended by a friend to use in my sourdough bread and it’s so delicious. A little expensive, but happy to pay the price since it adds more nutrients to my bread making. It’s so delicious.
