Are these bright enough to mount 15ft above ground?

yes they are but only for a few months to a year, i mounted 4 in my carport and and that is about 12 ft but 3 of them stopped working in the first 4-6 months and now i need to get something different or fix them. I have a few more and same problem there.

How do you wire / daisy chain two lights together

Dear Customer, These lights are linkable up to 6 units. However, each light only comes with one Watertight Cable Gland, if you drill a hole on the other end of the light for the linking, you'll need to add cable and Cable Gland by yourself. Lights should be connected in series, 18 AWG , 3- core power cord (3*18#). If you need to use dimmer. The dimming wiress hould be connected in parallel. Basically, connect purple dimming wires from all fixtures together to the positive (+) wire from dimmer; and gray dimming wires from all fixtures together to negative (-) wire from dimmer.
