Just eat right out of the bag. Kept in freezer to limit how many we can eat at a time.

This was shipped to Flordia to the Caribbean with no ice pack and it wasn't melted . GREAT! It is very thick and does need to be thined out if used for dipping. Also its sweet but lovely .

This 5 lb. bag was very professionally packed with small ice packs. The best by date is 1/2025, so I am good for holiday baking. Ghirardelli makes the best 60% cocoa chips I have ever eaten. The stats on heavy metals are also good in comparison to some other "organic" brands. Another benefit for me is that they are made 1 hour away from me in S.F. CA. I really hope they never change their process.

They are good, product tastes the same as the other Ghirardelli mini chocolate chips I have, no difference. What is different is the size. These are the tiniest chocolate chips I have ever seen. Tinier than the minis that I buy and my wife was thrilled. She likes to use really narrow straws and these work perfectly. She was also saying how they could be sprinkled on top of drinks and added with whipped topping to make a fancy iced coffee. So happy wife, happy life. It is a huge bag, so even with the cost, it should last

10/10 The flavor of the chocolate was sweet and simple. It was easy to melt by double broiler method and microwave method. It is expensive for only one bag, but it is worth the price.

Loved the smoothness and flavour of this rich dark chocolate. I made chocolate cups filled with a white chocolate mint mousse that was served at my Afternoon Tea as one of the desserts. It was a big hit.
