How is the auto pet feeder powered? Does it work with batteries?

We recommend plugging the feeder directly into a wall outlet and stay away from high-power appliances(e.g. induction cookers, microwaves, refrigerators) which might reduce buttons sensitivity. It works with batteries but may not be stable enough.

Does the feeder remain airtight at all times?

When the feeder has completed vacuuming and with the lid fully closed and locked, the feeder is able to remain airtight, helping to keep food fresh and protected from moisture.

Does the feeder have a camera or app control? Can I asjust the volume of recorded-voice?

This auto pet feeder doesn't have a Wi-Fi app control or camera. Sorry the volume of recorded message can't be asjusted.

What are the dimensions of the Feeder? How do I clean the feeder? Does it work with wet food?

L*W*H: 430mm*340mm*410mm. The removable parts and bowls that can be washed with warm, soapy water. Electronic parts should not be submerged in water. It can't work with wet food, dry food only.
