Not sharp enough

Very sharp and cuts well; however, after only 3 months, the spring no longer works so can’t cut anymore. And no way to contact seller. Don’t bother to buy.

The product is made in Germany, is great quality, and very smooth to manage. The edges are very sharp so it does the job in a fraction of the time and it's a secure product to use.

I have had this nail cuticle trimmer for 3 years and the spring has snapped in half. I would like to know if I can get a new one so that the trimmer will work properly.
