Installed about a month ago and it still works good. My washer went on the fritz, after some research I narrowed the problem down to be most likely this actuator. I order it on Amazon and sure enough it was delivered late. I Installed it and my washer worked correctly again. Hopefully it will withstand the test of time but so far so good!!

Item was purchased on October 24, 2023, installed the day it was received and stopped working a month after it was installed into the washing machine. I have tried cutting our loads of laundry in half, I have even tried washing just a sheet set, but the agitator will barely move or not move at all. To purchase the part directly from the manufacturer it costs 4.5x as much (from the time of this review). Word to the wise, You Get What You Pay For. Amazon is not known for washing machine parts, so shame on us for thinking purchasing this part from Amazon would be a good idea.

This fit my whirlpool washer perfectly! A lot of people are complaining that these break easily, so time will tell. But for now it gets five stars.
