Samsung DG61-00570A Range Oven Bottom Liner, Cavity Floor Coating

I love my Samsung gas stove. It has all the features I could ever want. Except, apparently, a company that gives a hoot. After about 2 years, the bottom of my oven, the piece we're talking about here, cracked, chipped, and had a 1" area that had no enamel on it at all. I called Samsung, stayed on hold for an hour (I kid you not - I actually have the transcript), was told the warranty was out (I already knew that - 1 year), but they would do a service ticket and someone would call me. OK. Service ticket was issued. Did I ever get a call? No..... I waited a week, just to give them a chance. Got on Amazon, found this little gem. Had it in 3 days. Installed it myself. It's perfect!NOTE: DO NOT LOSE THE SCREWS HOLDING THE OLD PLATE! NO SCREWS COME WITH THIS ONE!

Returned and received credit, but now a replacement is More Money. This is the second time this has happened this month on items returned for damage. Still waiting on replacement order. I did not see any loose chips in the box, and wonder if piece was damaged even before boxing and shipping. Many reviews mention damaged.Received replacement - Outer box good, inner box damaged, but tray was ok. Noticed porcelan coating a little dull on one side area, but will be keeping it. Starting to believe these are parts that they would not put in a new oven and are sold as parts. For the price, they should be perfect, but I needed it. up'd to 4 stars. perfect fit.

Quality is great. This one was a little brighter blue than my stove but it still worked great. The nuts are not included ao save the ones from the panel you are replacing

This was exactly the same as the OEM yet at half the price.

Replacement bottom for oven fits good and looks good but the porcelain coating onthe right back corner is chipped off . I was kind of disappointed in that . For the price , I thought it would be perfect .

There are no replacement screws so take your time to not strip the old screws or let them drop into the oven bed. I used a sponge and rubbed a little dish soap and hot water over the screws and the old floor coating edges to loosen them up before removal. The replacement floor coating fit right in and looks like new!
