Heel is a bit stiff, rubs. Previous reviews stated these tend to run small to size, so I ordered 1/2 size larger than my normal, and they are a bit too large. I should have returned/exchanged them, but can wear them with an extra pair of socks. They will just sadly not be the "go to" slip on and go shoes I hoped they would be.
