After opening the box, it shortly noticed that the powder was clumped and softness was reduced. It took longer time to dissolve in water and can see small balls of powder. It’s difficult to use.

Already opened Defective/Spoilt
Received the item and when opened the mouth seal of the container was already opened and contents were solidified as one big lump and is not powdery at all. When I tried to process a return I see that this item is already classified as cannot be returned. Very bad experience and money lost.

اسوء شي ممكن تشتريه لاتشتريه وابعد عنه وصلني الغلاف الابيض اللي تحت الغطاء مفتوح نصه وخدمه العملاء مقفله بشكل كامل ورجعت بدون ماكلم خدمه العملاء برجعه من خيار الارجاع قفلت علي الصفحه وكتب المنتج غير قابل للاستبدال 👎👎👎
