Fuse blew in plug - see FYI info in my review.
Was great until it stopped working! Had this installed in my kitchen. Saved me from having to switch boiler on all the time. Made sure I treated the tap control gently and feel the ‘click’. Heats up quickly. Highly recommend for where you need quick hot water. Except it lasts 6 weeks and stopped worked . Cost me a plumber to fit originally coz I’m a pensioner. I don’t have any hot water in my home now. FYI - I am passing on some useful info. In the plug is a 10 amp fuse. It blew so the tap didn’t heat water anymore. So a friend showed me how to easily replace the fuse with a 13 amp fuse by popping the back of the plug off with a screwdriver. Easy fix, tap works again. I don’t let it heat up too hot and nothing else is plugged in with it. Bought a pack of 15x 13 amp fuses for quick fixes!

Love this tap!
I love this tap, the water is hot in seconds, it looks great, it's flexible enough to move out to a different direction, it sounds a nice 'click' when you turn it on and off so no risk of leaking. The only downside was installing it. The cable is not long enough and required a connection to extend the length.

Delivery was ahead of schedule
Excellent delivery. Tap was scratched but it is for a boiler room and so we thought that was ok

Leaking after a week.
Tap worked great for only a week. Then has started to leak from the main body. Poor after such a short time. Obviously not great quality.

Great tap
I have read a number of reviews concerning how these types of taps are not very good. Well mine is great! Easy to install for anyone either a bit of common sense. It works really well with no time wasted waiting for hot water, but be careful as the water cancome very hot in a short time.

Decent quality and works well
Fitting this is reasonable straight forward, provided you know how to change a tape. If not there are loads of guide and videos out there to help.Once installed the controls are very straight forward. Set the temperature you want and turn it on. It heats up fully in just under 10 seconds. It’s a very situational idea as a lot of places have instant hot water. For those that don’t, it’s functions as normal tap with great flexibility when hot water isn’t needed and at the press of a button hot water if needed. We will keep it installed as I like the tap, and you never know when you might need hot water if the boiler fails.

Hot water within a few seconds...
This electric hot tap has a brushed stainless-steel body with a black display at the front which makes it look quite modern. It is powered by a three-pin plug, so you need to make sure it is plugged in somewhere away from any water. The tap has a rotating lever and with it in the middle position, the water is off. As you push the lever backwards, it starts to supply hot water and the further back you move it, the hotter the water gets. To stop the water, you return the lever to the middle position which has a physical click to tell it is in position. Pulling the lever forward gives you cold water and the further you move it, the colder it gets. The tap is easy to install as you secure it to your sink and screw on your existing cold water pipe connection. The water heats up within a few seconds and it saves me no end of time as my hot water boiler is upstairs so usually takes 20 seconds or so to get the hot water through. With this tap, it heats up within a couple of seconds so is a lot quicker. A very good option if you need instant hot water in your sink…
