Service and replacement
Though it took a bit of convincing, when it was shown that the time clock was, indeed, defective, they were quick and efficient about replacing it. Service personnel were cooperative and respectful in their inquiry.

This works great. If it gets unplugged it goes right back to the time stamp it’s supposed to be.

Easy Setup, But Thermal Print Fades Too Quickly
Setting up this time clock was fairly straightforward, but the thermal printing leaves a lot to be desired. Just like old register receipts, the stamped time fades after a couple of months, which could be a problem for long-term record keeping. It's functional, but not ideal if you need permanent documentation.

No info on this repair
Works great but now the printing does not work. I looked for repair solutions online but can’t find anything. Does anyone else have any suggestions on how to fix this?
