Used twice, going well thus far.

We originally purchased this separator because we didn't want to use a hand-crank and the antique models (in our area and online) are cost-prohibative. This separator is exactly what we wanted, but much higher quality than we expected. Although there are some plastic pieces I believed should be metal (inside the drum) the design is such that I wasn't disappointed. Other than the Euro plug (and you will need to purchase a transformer/converter in the US to use this product) this was ready to go right out of the package. The instructions were excellently written (translated) in English which was also a surprise. Thanks for the excellent product! I recommend this separator to anyone with a home creamery.

We were surprised because this product is russian with russian and english instructions. It has worked fine but has 11 delicate plastic parts internally which we dare not trust to our farm hands because it has to be disassembled completely after each use and thouroghly washed with soap and warm water. We do not know at this moment where we could get spare parts and would recommend to the supplier to furnish a recommended set of spare plastic separators right along with the original purchase. And of course you have to watch out when purchasing that it is for 220V only operation, be sure to have access to this voltage and be prepared to have a european receptacle for the`plug provided. USED IT AGAIN BUT NOW WE CANNOT DISENGAGE THE CONE FROM THE MOTOR CONICAL SHAFT FOR PROPER CLEANING AND REASSEMBLY. CAN SOMEBODY HELP? I live in Argentina where the electricity is 220 volts, this is the reason I finally choose this product , in the site it is advertised and described as a 220 volt - imagine my surprise when I found out that they had sent me a device based on the 110 volts - probably they thought it was a product that would stay in the US, but in that case they should definitely have asked or propose both possibilities and allow me to make clear my needs and choose what suits me!!!! now the machine in in buenos aires argentina !!! what should I do ?? it is exactly what I needed and wanted, but now I must buy a converter and put at risk the durability of the product - I claim for a 220 motor sent to me as soon as possible to the same address I gave to you in the US - then I will have to wait to get it at home in buenos aires - I am really very disappointed

We recommend this product, even if it came from half way around the world. It works beautifully and is a well made piece of equipment. We do recommend this one since it has metal parts instead of plastic, at the rpms that it runs I would not trust the plastic parts.

I like the separator, but shortly after you pour the milk in and it starts to separate the motor turns off. Couldn't complete the job.

Does exactly what it says! I was worried about the reviews about having difficulty with reading directions/using the machine... no problems at all.. I think they must have reworked how they are sending the machine already partially assembled. Would highly recommend it if you are looking for a cream separator.

Très satisfaite de cette écrémeuse, elle fonctionne très bien, très facile à démonter et à nettoyer, tout passe au lave vaisselle. Le seul bémol un peu bruyante! Je m'en sers toutes les semaines pour mes petits marchés et elle suis très bien la cadence. Je suis d'accord avec les autres commentaires sur la notice qui est très maigre. J'apprécie le jeux de joints en supplément livré avec la machine.

Lange war ich auf der suche nach einer Zentrifuge. Viele sind einfach nicht zahlbar. Diese kam sehr schnell bei mir an. Auch bekam ich bei Nachfrage eine deutsche Anleitung. Sie funktioniert von Anfang an gut. Man sollte nur heraus finden wie für einem persönlich die Einstellung im Bezug auf den Rahm sein soll. Nach einigen Anläufen habe ich die richtige für uns gefunden. Ich würde sie wieder kaufen und habe sie auch schon weiter empfohlen

Il y a une notice succincte en Français; il faut bien la lire pour tenir compte notamment des repères peu visibles à première vue. Le réglage n'est pas facile à trouver pour avoir le bon écrémage pour fabriquer du beurre. Mais une fois, tout ceci compris, la machine fonctionne très bien. La livraison a été très rapide (3 jours) et le produit était bien emballé.

Maschine funktioniert einwandfrei.... Nach dem ersten Versuch. :-)) Eine deutsche oder englische Gebrauchsanweisung wäre super gewesen. Vor allem für wie Fein Einstellung der Maschine funktioniert. Vielleicht komm ich selber darauf... Lernen in der Praxis. Gggggg
