Love LMNT! And the chocolate caramel is our favorite flavor- makes you feel like you are drinking hot chocolate and don't even notice that it has salt. We ended up getting on a subscription through LMNT directly because we like it so much.

I've had other flavors of LMNT before, and enjoyed them, but I decided to try these to put in my morning coffee. I'll be honest, at first I didn't enjoy the flavor. Thought it was too strong. But since I had a whole package, I decided to play around with the coffee/LMNT ratio until I found something I could tolerate. Once I figured out the right amount of coffee and creamer to use, I started to really enjoy having it in my coffee in the morning. I accidentally ran out before I got my next shipment, and have been missing it.

My husband uses this in his coffee everyday! Loves the taste and cannot go a day without it!

I’m a runner and these are great for adding electrolytes in my morning coffee after a workout. They’re super effective and mix easily with hot coffee. They don’t necessarily taste like caramel but you definitely get the salt and more of a mocha taste.

The flavor of this was just awful for me. I tried drinking it a couple different ways but truly cannot stomach the salt flavor. A few of my family tasted it and got polar opposite results. 2 were overwhelmed by the fake sugar stevia flavor and 2 just tasted salt. I finally forced the rest of the drink down and almost immediately had explosive diarrhea for the rest of the evening. Highly do not recommend.

I don't know what that lady who mentions 'creamy, tasty and chocolaty' in her review was smoking, but NO. This is medicine to me. I tolerate it and it does the job. This flavor is my second batch. One mentions try it "hot". I had not tried it hot. I just did. I liked it just as little as when I drank it cold. My chiropractor recommended it for recovery from workouts. Both LMNT products I used work well. But tasty? Def not. Neither of them are tasty. Very salty....THAT's the point. You want tasty? Buy some other sugary product.

Nice treat, like a hot chocolate, but its price prohibitive for my budget.

Really disappointed in this product. I have tried other electrolytes before and have one that I use that I enjoy but was trying to find one lower in calories so it didn't mess with my fasting. I loved that this was 5 calories and hadn't thought to add electrolytes to warm water before. I first tried a packet in black iced coffee and it was nasty. It didn't mix well at all and was super sweet and salty. I decided to try it hot and added only half a packet to a mug. It mixed much better and the saltiness was tolerable but the sweetness was not. I could barely stomach about half of the mug. And it took time to drink that. The flavor combination overall was decent minus the sweetness. If it didnt have the stevia I think this thing would be amazing. Let me add that I have a SWEET TOOTH. I am not someone who doesn't eat sweets. I am doing OMAD and like 40hrs prior to trying this LMNT, I ate a dang whoppie pie during my omad. So I was really surprised at how disgustingly sweet this thing was when I typically rather enjoy sweet things. 3 stars because if you dont mind stevia and how grossly sweet it is- this product is low in calories, and would probably be a pretty great addition to your morning coffee or even with hot water like I had it. I think it probably did help with brain fog a bit too so there's that. But it's gross lol

The flavour is really not for me. I have tried both hot and cold and at different concentrations but I find this a lot harder to get down than some of my homemade electrolytes mixes. :( for the price I was expecting a lot better a bit sad can’t return

Like many have said, the chocolate doesn't dissolve in cold water very well, so I tried my ninja blender with some ice added in. I loved it!!!! The perfect iced drink for a hot summer afternoon. Iced Capp's used to be my addiction. Due to Type 2 Diabetes, I quit those cold turkey three years ago, and miss them especially in the summer. This makes a very nice substitute, without any of the other crap in store bought iced coffees. ($64 is a lot to spend on something if you aren't sure whether you will like it or not, so before I bought this one, I had purchased the LMNT sample pack. It had one chocolate packet, not the salted caramel, but close enough to try before I committed to this one)
