This is a great supplement. It does give a boost in energy without stimulants.

Sotalix Taurine with creatine, l arginine, l citrulline is a good supplement combination. It helps to boost nitric oxide,enhances energy levels and performance,and it helps recovery faster.The capsule is easy to take,one capsule once a day, I feel focus and energy after talking it. I feel I have more energy when I exercise. I would continue to take this supplement to help me to reach my exercise goals.

The bottle was very dusty, and there were stains after open the lid.I only took one before gym. It was ok.The most bothered me is , it have an Indian medication registration number on the bottle, however, there have no origin of manufacturing printed on the label. The dishonesty makes me discomfort.

Definitely feel the focus and energy.Clarity of focus is apparent. I take in the morning before eating and have a reminder to drink 8 oz water every two hours.Only taken for a week so far…….

Been taking Taurine for a year. This combo takes it to another level. Really enjoy all the benefits of these different supplements together. Also makes it super simple to take in one pill
