I don’t play lacrosse. I bought these for rolling under the arches of my feet when they get sore. I also put one in a sock and place it between my shoulder blade and the wall to get rid of a pinch in my back, the sock helps me move it to the right spot.

I bought these to help get some knots out of my back and they are exactly as described. They are a little bit too big since I am petite so I would prefer getting an actual trigger ball that is smaller. I like that these come in different colors. If you get a true trigger point ball they sometimes can be made out of hard foam so they are a little bit more lightweight. Just make sure you know that class has a bit of weight to it.

More than I had expected. I'm really happy with this purchase, and am blown away by the price for the quality. This is true to the description, yet better- if that's possible. Also came a day earlier than the schedule day. I. wasn't prepared for that, so the package sat outside for a few hours. I am happy it cam a day early. It was protected in packaging that it was safe for the time being.
