Life Changing! 🙌🏼
I have been on this supplement for almost one month. I started with 2 capsules daily. Now as of one week ago taking 3. Before taking these I was waking up in the mornings with my body aching like someone beaten me. I had attributed this to my mattress or getting older of lack of nutrients in diet or was not sure until I heard a video with a holistic Doctor talking about dehydration and the problem being a lack of MSM that is needed for our joints and that MSM would help bring inflammation down. This product has done wonders. I felt a major difference in the first week. I researched brands and went with this company based on the information I read. I would highly recommend. I am a believer in starting out slowly as to your body weight and also introducing something new to your system so your body can adapt to it. This was a life changer for me.

Gas and bloat producing

This product could possibly help you to avoid “tennis elbow” surgery!
This kind of product has helped me multiple times when I have had a pulled muscle. It has also helped multiple other persons I know. I once was going to have surgery for lateral epicondylitis (tennis elbow). But a friend told me a person had told him about this product, instead. He used it for six months, and did not have to have the surgery. I gave my elbow a rest, took the MSM, and also, I never had to have the surgery, either!!

Not Equal Amounts in Capsules.
The MSM powder seems OK, but some of the capsules have less powder in them than others in the same container. I could squeeze the capsules and feel that some were firm, while others gave way to pressure. Some were obviously less full. This is an unregulated product.
