This is a great quality mortise jig.
Great quality tool for mortising. Sure you can spend more money but it is not necessary as the key is the simplicity. A tremendous add to the toolbox. My carpenters really appreciate the accuracy and the simpley setups and adjustments. Thanks C.W. Ridge

Pro-Lok Time Saver
Huge Time SaverI was tired of borrowing this tool from an installer friend. I finally bought my own and glad I did. This tool has saved me a tremendous amount of time, energy, and effort over the years and has made certain the door is prepped properly with minimal effort. I’ve used this tool for jobs with 1 door and for 50+ doors.

Broken tool box and missing CD
The product looked like it was returned, one of the inside corners of the box was broken, there were something that looks like a sticker that was removed and it didn’t come with the CD that you advertised.

Pro-lok Mortise Lock and face plate installation jig
Needed to do something. Ended up with a contract to machine a bunch of doors. some had mortise locks, some had flush bolts, some had electronic power transfer units, and some had electric strikes. All the doors were oak veneer, solid core. Probably had about 40 mortises to cut in. This machine worked great. Once you learn the set up it becomes very easy to use. Leave it set up, do the deep mortise first then the face plate. Instructions say to use an electric drill, tried it, worked OK but it is a large older unit. Thought I would try it using an 18 volt battery drill, worked just as good and much lighter to handle as well. The bits that came with the unit were the right sizing for door hardware and sharp. Machining particle core doors is hard on bits so if you have a bunch of work to do, get some extra bits in the size you need. This will add value to what I can offer to my clients for sure.
