This has been a great purchase so far.Due to lockdown, I have been spending ridicolous hours sat down on my computer chair all day long. I used to get back pain and wanted to get rid of this pain. I first bought a mesh type back rest which was really uncomfortable and ended up breaking so I returned it and looked for a more comfortable back rest and found this product.So far it has been extremely comforatable and easy to use - my back pain has gone and my posture is improving. I found it a bit weird to get used to but after a week or so you get used to it and it becomes fine.I would really reccomend this product to office workers or gamers like me who spend most the day sat on their computer. Protect your health.

I recently developed RSI and had to go on a hunt for the perfect chair. It appears that chairs on their own don’t provide the support that I needed, as you need to sit at a certain angle with your shoulders open. You also need to feel comfortable enough to sit for such a long time as 8 hours a day. I tried three chairs, all very pricey, just to discover I need pillows to keep me upright. They kept falling off and didn’t really feel right. I bought this pillow on the off chance it helps, mainly out of desperation. But I find that positioned correctly on the right chair, it gives me just enough support and feels very firm but soft at the same time. I’ve sat with this for about a week and I can already feel the difference in my back. I can actually concentrate on work now! I can’t believe I’ve got the right set up finally for such a relatively low price. It’s so easy to return things these days, so go for it, you’ve got nothing to lose!

Moves around even with straps

I bought this and the accompanying Feagar coccyx seat cushion a few weeks ago to relieve my back and neck after 18 months of working from home in an office chair. They have mostly been fantastic, and my neck is now rarely troubling me as the pair of them have so improved my work posture. My legs are far more relaxed and I am no longer pushing my feet into the floor.The lower back support is great, though it took me a while to figure out that crossing the straps at the back keeps it in position on my chair whereas just using them horizontally means it slides about. Removable and washable covers also brilliant for spills and general freshening up.It would be helpful if the product description gave some more dimensions, as in minimal size of chair and maximum size of person. These products would not suit someone who is very large or heavy.With these provisos, thoroughly recommend.

I have been suffering from nerve root pain from compressed discs at the base of my spine and the physio therapist observed that my back was too flat. The chairs in my study provide lumbar support and are comfortable but the armchair in the lounge didn’t and I frequently felt pain when sitting in it. The back of the chair was too broad and raised at the sides for any support cushion to be strapped in place so I looked for one that could just stand on the seat and selected this one by Feagar. It works a treat and I can now watch television in comfort with just the odd twinge to remind me to sit up straight and not slouch. Hopefully the exercises I am now doing will continue to reduce the pains I experience when standing, but in the meantime (and long term prevention) this cushion is providing much needed relief. Not too hard and not too soft. Recommended, but it would be nice if the straps were removable as I shall probable have to cut them off.,
