Great quality, and support in control for Boogie's reactivity. (Huskies and that "Kool-Aid" man approach to every interesting thing they see 🤦🏽‍♀️) But he seemed uncomfortable with this length. I wasn't a fan of the gap between the torso pieces...#️⃣2️⃣ 12": Camo blue looks great! He looks so handsome with this color and a short vest 🤩Still helps with reactivity, but it's less structured, so to speak, and more pocket/velcro space was helpful for us. This will be more of a dressy/show-off vest for him 😎#️⃣3️⃣ 17": Perfect for us! 💛🐕‍🦺🥰Easy to adjust *if you free the extra length of the straps first* and do an initial adjustment before fitting the dog. (Using his/her measurements or an old harness works really well for this.) Just trim and since the excess and it will look fine.It is well made, with plenty of reinforcement stitching for sturdiness. The structure at this length provides perfect support in taming a 70lb Kool-Aid man. Any reactive dog should be easily controlled with this vest. The added sturdiness of the 17" vest and extra length of velcro will help keep his attachments more secure, too.Bonus for being the most clearly noticeable, for those of us who need our service dog to stand out.Boogie appears to feel more comfortable in this vest. It seems the distributed support/compression of the 17" vest feels better than the shorter vests. Since the vests have significant adjustment lengths, I actually went up a size this time and was able to eliminate the gap between torso pieces 👍🏽He'll probably appreciate the extra coverage for his body in the rain, too 😆 PETNANNY FTW! 🎉

Training our blue heeler to be our son's service dog and this vest is the only one that has been sturdy enough to withstand her. This is actually her SECOND vest like this (she chewed through the plastic clips on the other one like this!) clips for leashes are placed very strategically and handles are super convenient for my 4yo to walk next to her and hold onto. the patches are more than helpful while in public and working with her. not to mention the khaki color looks amazing against her coat!10/10 recommend

I selected this item because it looked like a quality design that would be safe and comfortable connected to a dog seat belt, on a leash, moving around and resting. I also liked a lighter grey color option for hotter days.This item delivery was great and it is a quality product.My dog's measurements were at the bottom of the medium sizing chart range but it was still too big after tightening the straps.The plastic clips on the front and back sides that connect the top and bottom pieces were tóo bulky for his size while they would probably be fine for larger dogs.

I'm giving this five stars because it's so far been keeping my dog from pulling my arm off. I have a good sized and tall rescue husky cross that I've had for three months, that is relentless for pulling hard and is high anxiety when there is too much going on around him causing him to get super hyper and lose focus which makes it worse. No matter what I tried to do walks were always a failure. I bought this harness to try to reduce some of that. so far it seems to be working and it seems to keep him focused and pull a lot less.This is a heavy duty harness , Enough that he stays a little more focused and knows it's there.... I use the front leash attachment and a second leash on his martingale collar. With the front attached leash brought around from the opposite side of where I'm walking and over the back .Pros:Heavy duty enough .Not so hard to get it adjustedNeck piece comes up high enough for dog to feel the guidance of the leash and doesn't choke.Once it's on dog doesn't seem to mind it. May even give the dog a sense of comfort for anxiety. He seems a little calmer when it's on him.Both handles are great , have used both, the full back one is the best for control of the dog when needed.Cons:My dog is a larger medium. nearly a large so the straps should be a little longer . (large would be too big)Side buckles are hard to get to open up when on the dog. My dog is super sensitive in his rib (don't know why) area so fighting with the side buckles to open them is a problem when taking it off.

We love this harness for our dog. We are going to order them for all our dogs too! It says in place. Fits great. Does not come undone. Nova is comfortable and happy to wear it while she is working. Very easy to put on her and you can adjust each strap. Clips are easy to work.

This is a high quality well constructed best. It fits exactly as described. The fact of the vest having two straps to go around the belly also makes it more secure for a larger dog. I highly recommend this vest.
